I hired this company for an end-of-tenancy clean specifically to secure my deposit, based on their advertised “deposit back guarantee.” What I received was completely unacceptable.

I was initially quoted £180, which I paid. Upon arrival, I was suddenly told the job would cost an additional £140 — a significant increase with no prior warning. This alone felt misleading and unprofessional.

Worse still, the standard of cleaning fell far below what was promised. My managing agent’s report included clear evidence of dirty kitchen tiles, cobwebs, and dusty surfaces — the very basics that should be covered in any competent end-of-tenancy clean. As a result, I am now facing further deductions from my deposit to cover additional cleaning.

This completely defeats the purpose of hiring a company that claims to guarantee deposit return. The service was careless, overpriced, and ultimately cost me more money, not less.

I feel misled and extremely disappointed. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company if you are relying on them to meet landlord or agent standards.

Awesome service, cleaning was done very well, and they were very efficient and friendly.

the job which I paid for in advance for just over £1000 was not value for money.

After an initial hiccup with the first appointment, the team of three did an excellent house clean job. Highly recommended.

I did request for End of Tenancy cleaning for Property 110 Dadswood CM20 1JL with Invoice Ref# 43937.

I have to handover my keys on 7th July,2026 & No cleaning done for the below:
1) Hall Carpet Deep Cleaning not done
2) Extractor Fan Kitchen
3) Didn’t even wipe the kitchen floor
4) All Windows not cleaned from inside
5) floor/skertings not cleaned for bedrooms/hall
6) Spider webs not vacuumed for the rooms/windows/sides.

The cleaning was a domestic level, the '100% guarantee on returning deposit' was not true at all. There were many details including underneath the sofa, corners, bed frame, cupboards, drawers, toilet hole, all remain uncleaned. They even refused to dispose their rubbish, leaving them all to my roommate. They later claim this was not included in their service, but obviously it is the universal common sense to take care of it on their behalf. That was their basic service of 264GBP charged, what a joke.
What was even more unacceptable was that their cleaner had personally charged an extra 140 pounds for cleaning the balcony and the floor carpets, claiming to remove the stains. But when it comes to the check-out report from the landlord, it was not cleaned at all. We then confronted the cleaner via WhatsApp, he read and refused to provide any evidence of cleaning, later completely ignoring us. Clearly he was taking advantage of people's kindness of not monitoring their work all the time, despite my roommate had kindly given him some small appliances to him for free, yet the cleaner decided to cheat and shirk their responsibilities of not doing their job well. Later we found the official price for cleaning a carpet room is 20 pounds per instead of 40 each on their very own website, just see what kind of greedy and deceiving cleaner they have recruited. When I reported this issue to their company, they refused to refund an appropriate amount such as 3/4 of the total value, but only offering a quarter of the total amount paid as a refund.Not solving the problem, no punishment on the misbehaviour of their workers, claiming that 100 pounds of compensation was a calculated value. When we further asked for details of why this particular amount, how was it calculated, they chose to ignore and not to provide us with any evidence.
Very unprofessional, causing a lot of inconvenience for us to negotiate with the landlord. We are now taking legal actions against this behaviour, by which it will take some extra effort and time. Just don't make the same mistakes as we did.

The good: booked at short notice, turned up on time, polite, cleaned most things well.

The less good: the standard of cleaning was poor given the cost of the service, some surfaces had been given a basic wipe but still had dirt visible. I went round afterwards and cleaned again, properly.

Overall a good company, good service, but poor value for money.

Easy to book, with great speedy communication. Prices were really good compared to other quotes in our area.

The 2 lads that cleaned our flat were very polite and let me know when they were coming. (arrived late due to a break down but had the courtesy to let me know they were running late)

The standard of the clean was excellent and above expectation. Would have taken me days to do the work they did in a few hours.

Would definitely recommend and use again.

They lost our key! And then blocked us when we questioned it!
End of tenancy clean was arranged, we asked them to put the key under a tile. When we arrived at the property the key wasn’t there, we called and they said the key was posted through the letter box. I put my phone through the letter box to take pictures and see if the key was there, it wasn’t. When we sent the photos to the manager, he said he’d ask the team and then blocked us! We still haven’t heard back and have no access to the property. Luckily the landlord had a key so has gained access but we haven’t been able to see the work that has been done and now have to pay for loosing a key

Inventory report came back that noting that every room was dusty, cobwebs in places, paid for carpet cleaning on the stairs which doesn't appear to have been done. Complained to the company and they initially offered a small refund, after some negotiating they came back to clean the house properly.

Excellent cleaning company! Very clear communication throughout and an excellent deep clean for my end of tenancy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a professional clean!

Booking with the Tenancy Cleaner was really easy. I received a quote quickly and booked via WhatsApp. I was sent an invoice with payment options and received great communication throughout the process. On the day, the cleaner was friendly and called to see if he could start early. The cleaning was thorough and he called me when he was nearly finished so I could come back and lock up. I would recommend to others. The only downside was that the cleaner wasn’t local so had to drive a distance to me which I felt bad about.

This afternoon, Thushara and Romain came to carry out end of tenancy cleaning for us. They did an amazing job deep cleaning the four bedroom terraced house and removed all the dust and dirt accumulated over years. They are very polite and professional. Highly recommendable!

Kelvin did what he was supposed to do professionally and diligently. I liked the fact that he took off his shoes by the door first without being asked. He even took care of his rubbish and cleaned my floor.

Unsatisfied is an understatement.

Recently moved into a new property and the place needed a deep clean so thats what we paid for, cost just over £220, and we were quoted it would take about three hours.

One person showed up, smelling of weed, and was here for just over five hours...

During the clean there were several things they missed and when i politely asked for them to do those things i was met with attitude, at one point they stated that cleaning the inside of the kitchen drawers wasn't part of the clean, when it was clearly listed on the reciept. By the time they declared they were finished i was too exhausted from the stresses of moving to argue that they had done a poor job and it had taken so long i just wanted them gone.

Things like:

The skirting boards were still dusty and covered in grime

The toilet was still unclean and had hairs from the previous tenant stuck to it

The light fixtures were still covered in cobwebs

The tops of cupboards/cabinets were still caked in dust

The list goes on really...

And to top it all off, as they were leaving they decided to empty their mop bucket, full of harsh chemicals, directly onto the patch of earth in the garden meant for growing flowers...instead of the perfectly good drain right next to it.

After all this frustration and disappointment i tried contacting the company in the hopes of getting some money back, and was again met with an attitude, lucky for them it's apparently company policy that they are only obliged to provide a mere 10% refund and only as a show of "goodwill".

For the amount they are charging and the service you can expect to receive, I DO NOT recommend this company at all.

Save yourself the trouble of wasting your money and then having to go in and do it yourself anyway.

Booked the job end of last week to deep clean my washing machine. A nice chap called Reason came promptly first thing today (Tues 23/6). He worked hard for an hour & a half & cleaned up everywhere afterwards. He explained everything he’d done & left my donkeys’ years old washing machine looking & smelling as good as new! I’m delighted!

Overall a very good job.
Fantastic communication, although I was a bit reluctant to choose a company who requests full payment in advance. However, the staff let themselves in for a full house clean the day before the we moved in.

They missed some cobwebs here and there and it looks like the kitchen cupboard doors didn’t get a good wipe down but besides that a really well done job that made life much easier on us moving home. I will be booking again for a rental property.
