Appalling dealership. Sold me a car with defects in the door and noises from the dash. Salesman gave me an after sales email to make a complaint and got some BS reply saying it’s a used car and it’s part of the used car experience. I implore anyone thinking of buying a car from these cowboys to go look elsewhere. They say they are AA approved but will be claiming to the AA as well as exploring the 2015 Consumer Rights Act to reject the car.

First time I bought a car online. Hamza from Tenby was super responsive to my questions, and this really helped to convince me Tenby was the real deal. I chatted with Hamza on WhatsApp and he sent through photos and video of the car. He took special videos for the parts I requested. The car delivery and handover was efficiently done, including paperwork. Overall, I highly recommend Tenby and would buy from them again.
