Not a very clear check in area as I was in a massive queue behind people exchanging arcade tickets for 5 minutes when I then saw someone come in and go up to an empty counter and a member of staff then greeted them to check them in.
The food was terrible, but the game was fun and the cocktails really nice.

Now free to park ...enter reg after you go inside. Dont waste money like we did!
Very attentive although initial service waiting to get to counter was very slow. Game went down fixed and extra 10mins added to game not overly generous as was prob just over 10 mins down but I guess this has a knock on effect to other folks waiting.
Pizza ok not amazing but good enough for a deal add on. Was a bit miffed about the free parking not being advertised in car park 2 cars paid £10 we could have saved and no offer of refund for that.

We hadn’t visited for a while but decided to book 2 games for 3 people. I initially tried to book online but when my order could not be processed I telephoned and easily made the booking. I received text and email confirmation.
On the evening of the booking it was busy but there were plenty of parking spaces and we joined the line to check in. There were probably half a dozen families ahead for us in the queue but everyone was processed efficiently and we quickly made our way to the front where our Booking Reference was checked and we were advised of our Lane Number. The male staff member was friendly and professional. He radioed ahead to ensure there were no glasses left in our Lane booth and when we walked down to the Lane it was best and tidy with no bottles or glasses from previous users.
We had a great time and will definitely book again.

Very bad experience will not be going…
Very bad experience will not be going there again. Was refused a refund, we spent £65.00 on two games and some food, we had about 3 goes before the family next to us were very rude and disrespectful and we felt very uncomfortable and we wanted to leave, no effort from staff to speak with family next to us when we said what had happened. Would not give us a refund and will not be going there again

Great Find

Customer service was spot on though the ladies at the check in desk seemed overwhelmed! But overall, good value for money & a day well spent!

Pool Team Night out.
The bowling area was well maintained and clean but unfortunately the food offerings are not good, I am not sure where to begin as there was 13 of us in the party and everyone had different bad things to say about the food such as dry, tasteless, over cooked, not presented well and the list would go on. Bar service was also bad with only one member of staff on while others stood round talking. All in All would we go back, yes but only for bowling and nothing else, same though.

Disappointed with our visit. Booked online
.. bowling and meal deal. Had to ask for our drinks so we could take them up to the lane.got told the food wouldn't be long and would be brought up. Our bowling had ended yet still no food so I had to go ask.Got asked if we still wanted the food?which obviously we did as it was the deal we paid for. No apologies. Can't blame it on being busy as it really wasn't.wont be rushing back unfortunately
