I purchased the print credits but the website will not accept. Defaults to the expensive 20minute service. Have uploaded 3 times, spent 4 hours trying but without any luck. I don't think a website can have been designed this badly without an ulterior motive. That motive to prevent customers purchasing at the price Tesco advertised. Buyer beware. You don't get what Tesco offer

What a joke this lot are I ordered photos to be delivered on a next day service for my daughter as she needed them for a school project. They never arrived and the customer service was awful I had to get in the car and drive 40 miles round trip in the evening to Boots (highly recommend and cheaper btw!) to get the job done Don’t bother with these amateurs Now they won’t refund !! They want the pictures back !!! The ones I haven’t got 🤷‍♂️😳🤣😡

shocking customer service. avoid like the plague

Xmas gift of framed photos, delivered completely smashed. Flimsy bubble wrap completely inadequate, no warning on outer packaging to courier of the package being ‘fragile’ or handle with care’. Absolutely shocking packaging and delivery of glass items, and a Xmas present that won’t be given. Full refund requested but that won’t make up for the upset caused. I don’t think these guys realise that some of the framed photos they are poorly shoving out actually represent something quite meaningful to customers and heartbreaking it is to open a package of broken glass.

Went to order, website says "available in 20 minutes" for the particular product (24x24 poster) but when you go through says collect in 5 days. Wasted my time uploading etc. No way of finding out why changed from 20 minutes to 5 days for my print as nothing on the website. I would order if there was any way of working out why.

I placed 2 orders on the 28th of September and both their statuses are still "processing", just like my July order which was finally refunded. If you are looking for a last minute and reliable service, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I ended using another high street photo service provider.

very disappointing. Wanted same day collection for photo gift. The service was supposed to be available in two local tesco stores - at checkout this was not the case. Then opted for next day delivery but confirmation email advised it was 2 to 3 days. Uploading photos was OK but placing the 2 bottom photos was impossible as view was cut in half. I wrote twice to complain and given lip service. I will never use this service again and do not recommend it.

I have ordered photos 2 weeks ago and awaiting home delivery yet. What is annoying is that there is no way to contact the team. When I spoke to Tesco General inquiry number this service is not connected to it. Don't go for this option

We purchased some glass photo coasters and table mats in February. They were custom made using our own photographs and they were stunning when they were delivered. The only thing we’d say is that they VERY easily chip and the edges become sharp. They’re a nice idea but don’t seem to be very practical for everyday use. We’ve been so careful with ours yet they’ve still become chipped and we’ve had several cuts from the sharp edges. We’ve had other glass coasters with no problems so we have to say that we were a little disappointed with these.

I’ve used Tescophoto.com for years to make photo books for grandchildren and it seems to have got worse instead of better. I did the project on my phone. Uploading photos is obviously easier but there are very few edit options now. You seem to be restricted to the layouts offered whereas before you could arrange your own on a page if the layouts didn’t work for your photos. There appears to be no text option now either so I couldn’t even date my book. Also once my book was in my basket, I could no longer go back to edit or even look at it. I couldn’t find it anywhere on my account (no my projects) except in my basket. I had to go through to check out for fear of losing it completely if I deleted it from the basket.

The company no longer appears to be responding to queries on its website. I have been unable to complete a purchase for print credits on its website. I have sent 3 separate queries over a week ago and received automated replies saying someone would get back to me but no one has and without a contact number I have been unable to follow up.

Disappointed with the service received from Tesco Photos. I spent £55.50 on 3 copies of 37 photos via an online order which I double-checked. My order came back completely wrong: some photos missing, missing copies of some, too many duplicates of others. This was impossible to resolve quickly: after negotiation I was offered the option to reupload and print my photos again (I didn't have all the photos on my mobile so this was no good), wait an hour to have them reprinted (this was not possible as I had to be back for an appointment and had already spent an hour and a half in the store collecting and trying to resolve my issues), pick up my photos tomorrow (no good as I needed the photos for tomorrow and had chosen 20 minute pick-up for a reason). I'm thoroughly disappointed with the service I received. I did manage to reprint some photos from my phone free of charge but the way they were cropped was not as I had uploaded them first time round and I am disappointed with the outcome. I'm sorry to say but Tesco Photos has lost a customer. Additionally, regarding customer service: Tesco Photos really need a customer service line as opposed to an online form being the only way you can file a complaint and, when I complained at the photo desk it was a classic case of, "You ordered this online so you'll have to speak to them". Not impressed.

I recently left a 3 star review because my canvas print was not centred as I arranged it online. I went into the store to ask if anything could be done and was served by Tori (who was also juggling several other customers) - all sorted, happy customer. Tip - try to go into the store and let them help - super friendly and a total pleasure to deal with.

Easy to use and quick delivery also good price

Photos arrived quickly, but were left outside in the cardboard box and the photographs inside only had paper wallets. Luckily it had not been raining for long and the photographs were OK, but I do think it requires some sort of plastic packaging.
Photographs were a little dark and I prefer silk or matt photographs, not gloss, but I did not see anywhere to request silk or matt.
Photographs were a good price as I ordered 600+ and I would use Tesco again as the service was generally very good.

As always an excellent experience with Tesco Photo. My photos were ready very quickly and excellent quality

Max spielmann know nothing about photo credits.
I bought 500 print credits for £25 on 20/3/23. On the same day I ordered 30 prints for the 5 day service. When I went to collect them the lady at the counter knew nothing about credits, she also rang her manager who again knew nothing. I had to pay the full price for the photos or she would not let me take them.
I cannot see anywhere on line how to use them if not at the counter. Please explain!!
The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the quality of the photos is good and the manager of the Tesco store was very helpful and gave me a refund on the photos. I still have the credits but don't know how to use them.

My first use of this service - very happy with it. My photo came back promptly as a good coloured gloss print for framing.

Easy to upload the photo. Ready next day for collection. Alert on phone that it was ready to collect. Girl that served me was so helpful. Got me a frame to suit photo .

Easy and fast online service, picked it up in an hour and my photo collage looks great. Very impressed and would highly recommend Tesco photo. Will definitely use again!
