TEXTBOOK RUSH IS MY FAVORITE COMPANY TO BUY USED BOOKS FROM, BECAUSE THEY SHIP SO FAST AND THEIR BOOKS ARE ALWAYS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED OR BETTER AND VERY WELL PACKAGED. IT HELPS THAT THEY ARE IN OHIO, JUST LIKE ME, BECAUSE THE BOOKS ARRIVE VERY FAST TOO! IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT IN THE WORLD OF USED BOOKS!

Every step of the process was simple;the whole way through

Disappointed with the shipping. Chose FedEx SmartPost. While placing the order it said 1-5 business days for delivery. But in reality, it took 8 business days to be delivered. Was shipped on 08/23/2024 and was delivered on 09/04/2024. The book however was in great condition.

I ordered a textbook on the 20th. It was shipped on the 23rd according to the email I received. It is now the 4th of the next month and STILL no book. Perhaps the expectation of 7-10 days should be changed to 10-14 days so purchasers will not be disappointed when books do not arrive as stated.

Disappointment does not begin to describe how I feel about my experience with you folks. I took the time to ask if the book was hardcover, and you assured me in an email that it was. The book delivered is not hardcover; it is softcover. In my mind, you misrepresented the purchase, and now I'm out of time. I feel cheated and one star is the best I can do for you folks.

Do not buy from seller. Sold book for school in May with the description of it being "new." However, after viewing the book outside of the 30 day return window it was apparent the codes had previously been used. This seller is dishonest and refusing to refund. Buyer beware.

Simple to get a quote and I received my check within days for the three books I sold.

We ordered 3 books and only got 2. We are now trying to get another book to my daughter in college before classes start. Disappointed!

Books were sent in for selling. This is my first time selling and I was told books are not authentic. I asked how that was determined and what about the book makes it non authentic as it's my understanding the books are authentic. I was told that can't be shared given that may help those who pirate. This is not fair to the person sending in the book. If anything help educate others so this can be avoided. Vague comments of blurred pages or margins don't help especially when there is non of that. They refused to give species of the book I sent. They also closed my account despite this being my first interaction with them. If anything educate with specifics and then if a person purposely offends afterwards it's understandable to close an account. The company refused to send the books back so I am out the books and the money. Definitely will be advising NOT to use this company.

I ordered a book but never got it, it was just canceled after few days. Couldn’t understand why, wasted my time
