The information on the website allowed me to buy a shredder that suited my needs. Delivery was quick, and the delivery company let me know in advance when to expect my order. So far, the shredder had performed very well.

Extremely disappointed with the customer services. We purchased an industrial laminator for our school site. Only used 30minutes a week and it has broken. 1 and half months after warranty has ran out. Now Warehouse.com wants to charge £155 to take the machine away and then charge for the repair and a return cost. Really thought the company may help with these costs, as this seems a mechanical problem and not user error. We would never have purchased this item if we knew it wouldn't work after just over a year. We are now without an industrial laminator at the school, which impacts the quality of children's work and a cost to the school to keep printing, as the documents for children will not last so long.

Excellent value and next day delivery just before Xmas. Great product at the cheapest price we could find.

I order a shredder very recently. I was kept fully informed as to how my order was progressing. The shredder arrived in a very secure box addressed clearly and within the secure box another box showing full details of the shredder order.
