The Ace Of Vapez Reviews

Great choice of vape juices and vape products

Ordered my pnp coils previously and no problem so ordered 2 boxes this time and the coils lasted 2-3 days before burning out, (yes they were the correct ones) all 2 boxes so hence wont be ordering from here again.

There was an issue with my order, where my order was delivered to an in post locker the day I went on holiday for a week. Jon was really good and recalled the parcel, asked when I was back and had it redelivered on my return :)

Excellent service

Brilliant service as always. Been using these guys for about 10 years. They discontinued a liquid i liked and i found out who made it which is these guys and they said if i want any i can always ring up and order it, so i did, been ringing up for years and order my liquid, only ever had 1 problem which was minor but always been excellent service and very friendly.

Have been a customer since this company started in business. Fantastic people that know their products and the market very well. Supurb customer service, juices made in house, great prices, rapid delivery and they keep all their promises.

Honestly the best company I have ever ordered from and I litteraly cannot fault them. Jon, Jordan, Rob and the team know how to treat and keep customers.

100% all round 👍

Great service great product's fast delivery as it should be 5 *****

I always have a good time all-time

prompt and positive resolution of problems

The service is top class and jon is really pleasant keep it up 👍😂

The staff are professional and friendly. They help with any questions you may have. I have been going to this store for a while now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank to all the staff at the Cannock road store.

Great service and great prices

Absolutely useless place, don’t get me wrong the shop staff are brilliant but stock levels from head office are useless once you get into a flavour all of a sudden it’s low on stock same as pods and coils they sell you a kit then no pods due to no stock again it’s ridiculous you really need to sort the low stock levels out.

Went in to ace of vapes was very welcoming from the get go got everything you could ever need from mods to pod kits and the juice that goes along with them the bloke behind the counter was very helpful, would recommend to anyone in the area who ever has any vape needs

Online service is great better than the shop because every time I go to one of the shops there is no stock specially Cannock shop

I have been getting vape oil from sieview Rd wallasey for years. I'm disabled so I use the website and by the next morning my vape juice is here . Lovely guys

We have always had wonderful service whether ordering on line or going into the shop. Staff are always friendly and helpful

Good selection of vapes and accessories for vapers get good deals and quick delivery

Jenny in the Lichfield branch was amazing and helped sort out my vape when the battery had died and needed replacing, thank you so much!
