The Ace Of Vapez Reviews

Fast delivery and a really good price.

Great service and so quick

Been ordering for about 6 months, got everything I ordered next day delivery, 5 star

Order from the comfort of my home and get the goods delivered

I am a regular customer and well known at the Ace Of Vapez on the Willenhall Road, shop looks well presentable and clean, juice’s are well placed and visible and easy to read, devices are easy to read and well placed and fair priced, if I need help with certain devices/juice they will help me with what I need.

I come in and chat with Luke we talk and have a laugh even when the manager comes down we talk and have a laugh

I will always be back to shop here as I am very pleased with the service I received!

Luke was amazing always friendly and good knowledge

Last time I will visit Ace of vapes. I bought a pixl disposable yesterday I set it up in shop and there was I light on I thought was to warn for low liquid. I showed it the guy on the counter who I regularly visit and we both agreed if I have an issue I would come back. Naturally I had a problem where the coil burnt within hours so I took it back to swap it. He had authority from his manager to swap over but once we opened the new one he realised it was a boost button so I’d been vaping on boost. Now he refused to swap over a 4 day vape that had burnt out in 4 hours as I’d had it on boost.

His reasons were his own company will make him pay for the vape out of his own pocket. As I’m a regular he got his card out and paid for it himself. I refused and told him I won’t be back to ace of vapes again. And walked out without the new one. I will not support a company that does not look after the staff and make them pay for warranty returns. To Lee at willenhall rd. I’m sorry I walked out after you made the gesture to pay for it yourself but I won’t take another man’s bread and butter.

Served by Jeni last week, very officiant & helped a lot when I didn’t know what vape to choose & on top of that, one of the kindest souls you will ever meet! Thank you Jeni x

I always use this vape shop I only go in when Nath is working he is extremely helpful and has the time for each customer

Fantastic customer service as always. Fast and effective delivery infrastructure.

Very good customer service. Royal mail let us down, but the company put it right. We will be using them again as best prices online 😊

Used this website for around a year now and its by far the best online retailer I've found for vape stuff. Well priced and never disappointed by any of the stuff I've bought.

One critique that I have of the website would be that it'd be super useful to be able to filter by flavour. Most of the pictures have flavour profiles but I'd love to be able to filter by this! If you could add this then it'd be a perfect experience for me!

Delivery is always prompt as well, cheers guys!

Easy product choosing,on time deliveries.

Ordered early hours Friday morning and it was delivered early Saturday morning great job thanks.

5 stars 🌟 always 5 stars 🌟 I’d rather go without than use anywhere else 😊

The ace of vapz is the best vape shop in the world, I have been a customer for many years now and there products and customer loyalty are above and beyond another. I was there when they first opened there shop in Codsall and it was amazing to see so many people who where interested and enthusiastic in
e-cigarettes/vaps. And the pool table is awesome 👌
I will continue to use there products until the end. Lots of love to you all❤

Order was very quick to be delivered, the products themselves was amazing. I will 100% be using this company again

Excellent products, quick delivery

First off, black Friday bogoff offer was brilliant value for money. Free DPD delivery was great. Ordered over the weekend, order processed Monday, delivered Tuesday. I was expecting the usual 3 days to a week service I get from some other places. Updates sent every step of the way, well played guys.
