Brotherhood is fantastic — it has such a great vibe and genuinely caters to everyone, no matter what you’re into, whether that’s manga, card games, D&D, or anything in between.

The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The café is also excellent and honestly puts most other cafés to shame. You can really tell this is a place that cares about its community and the people who support it.

The only downside is that the website can sometimes lack detail, and getting in contact outside of visiting in person can occasionally be a bit slow.

Great staff, however I wasn’t impressed with them using whatnot to do rip and ship, small negative impact

Really great pokemon card store. Always very friendly and super knowledgeable even about very specific niche older style cards. Staff are very approachable and they’ve always had the specific cards I’m looking for. Very organised which makes searching for cards from specific sets good too.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. I’ve been several times and always had a good experience. Yesterday they took the time to find some vintage cards I wanted to buy as a gift for a friend. Nothing seems like too much trouble, the prices are good, and the condition checks are honest. Thanks so much!

Ordered a Mary Saotome (Kakegurui) Nendoroid from their website and it arrived within 6 days, I'm happy with my purchase and she goes well with my Yumeko Nendoroid from the same series.

The Brotherhood Games has two physical store locations and both are the pinnacle of geek-fandom. The staff are extremely polite, helpful and honestly just good people. You can tell they have actual interests and love in the products they’re selling, which makes the entire retail and playing experience so much better than other shops.

Travelled from Oxford to visit the store today. Absolutely amazing store and staff. We’re really nice and welcoming and sorted us out some store credit for cards we wanted. Definitely will be returning again soon. 10/10 ❤️

I took my grandson to the Brotherhood and it was a great experience. They have an amazing choice of cards, catalogued clearly, with all prices catered for. The staff are really knowledgeable and very helpful. We travelled some distance to the shop but it was worth it, we shall be visiting it again soon.

Love this store, they are always so helpful and polite. And very knowledgeable on their stuff. I go here regularly with my family and we're always happy when we leave usually with more things then we originally went in for 😁🫣. Other customers are always ploite and friendly. If you love anime stuff and Pokémon or other tcg cards this place is for you 😁.

Very friendly staff and a lovely collection of cards.
Staff very helpful and told me all about the card and the owner even gifted me a galarian gallery swablu which he knew I needed to complete the crown zenith puzzle piece set.

Overall a very joyful experience and I would definitely consider going back

Went to their store for the first time near Bermondsey Station. They had good stock of Yugioh boosters and decks, as well as a really cool wall of Pokemon and Yugioh singles. Staff were also very friendly.

Absolutely amazing service. I order on Wednesday morning and received the item Thursday morning. It was extremely well packaged and half the price of anywhere else online that I could find. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!
