I have never instructed you to carry out a claim and even though I repeatedly tell you to cancel you continue to pursue my claim

Good that we get regular updates,

I find it very concerning and a worry that these are dragging their heels over this issue. It's been ongoing for a very long and still no outcome. Knowingly there was cheating of finances and passing them on to the customer. Here's a question what is the percentage you The claims guys will be taking from the redress scheme of £830?

Spam email several a week asking me to sing paper work which I did dozens and dozens of times to then be met with radio silence! I email repeatedly and no answer now I’m getting emails off you that instead of going to my inbox seem to be going to junk so I seen this purely by chance!!!… would I recommend you?. NO

Regular updates given and regular requests for info, history, dates.

Very satisfied with the claims guys for doing work on my behalf now just waiting on the outcome of my claim they keep you up to date with any info and definitely would recommend them to anyone wanting to make a claim for pcp

This has been going on for many years people are loosing faith in the process

In the years with this company working on my behalf, they have kept me updated and informed me of every step.

This process is just taking way too long

Great service, but what lets it down is there is no customer contact number, I had a query and can’t talk to anyone, have sent an email, and got an automated response which did not at all relate to my query so that’s what could be improved

Ive contacted this company on numerous occasions to confirm when i took this company on as my representative but havent managed to get a sensible result

Customer communications are good keeping in touch and letting me know how the case is going

I understand that this process will be a long one so getting the updates from you guys keeps me informed of where we are, so thanks very much.

Why is my claim taking so long , I know a few people who have been paid out after 6 months I have been waiting about 2 years

Not confident of a positive outcome , as like always a ruling will be brought in that favours the big companies , and the likes of us get walked over as usual . Just waiting for the ruling to be changed again , and prolong any chance at all of justice .

I just keep recieving the same emails, seems to be no progress, nothing is moving forward.
May aswell do it myself
