A total of 23 days to deliver despite being told it would arrive before Easter. I ordered on the 4th April. Nice packaging...but personal message on the delivery note...not suitable as it eas supposed to be a gift. Packaging is nice but at £32 plus delivery....not value for money. 3 miniatures and a small bottle of mix...plus 4 marshmallows. All problems well rectified by excellent customer after service. Big hopes for the Co. Future

Ordered two of the Easter chicktails - they arrived beautifully packaged with instructions on how to make the cocktails. The recipients were delighted with their chocolate themed cocktails - so much more fun than an egg!

Tried the Easter Espresso Martini kit and no complaints here - great alcohol with a recipe and a whole Easter Egg, what’s not to love? Going to try the Pornstar Martini Kit next.

Brought this for an Easter present for my brother and wife. They absolutely loved it. Easy to get in touch with any problems

Paid for a three month sub but only received the first month’s cocktail set, which had missing ingredients.

Contacted via email twice but no response. Very disappointed. AVOID.

Very disappointed with the quality and presentation of the items I received. I ordered 2 of the Easter Chicktail kits at a cost of just under £20 per kit. I received a nicely pre packaged partial kit for each along with an additional mixer for each which seemed like an afterthought and a nasty cheap chocolate bunny for one of the kits and a 99p small rolo egg for the other. This was not the quality I believed I was paying for. As these did not arrive till Easter Saturday I had to rush out to replace the chocolate with a quality item I was happy to give as a gift and gift bags to put the 3 seperate items in to make them look like they were an individual item and not 3 things thrown together. The personalised message for each was nowhere to be seen either. I can't comment on the taste quality as this was a gift.
Overall, sadly disappointed.

Have to say this is definitely not a premium cocktail company. Failed to deliver a special Easter present to my sister despite ordering over 4 weeks in advance. Emailed 3 times to chase the order up no reply, no contact number. Finally they replied post Easter to say they were sending it express delivery a week after easter and I couldn't have a refund but I could ask my sister to return the gift once she receives it - what a joke! Other companies providing a better customer service obviously can't tell you what the cocktail is like as we still haven't received it. They have now sent me a refund but what a waste of my time if only they could have responded earlier or given a proper update in my order and I could have replaced the easter gift in time. Very disappointed.

I had ordered 2 deliveries to different addresses . One had the incorrect address and the company sent me a lovely email to advise they would send it to correct address at no extra cost. The recipient of the other order was chuffed with their gift and I must say the way they handled my mistake was exemplary. I would definitely use this service again

I ordered a pornstar martini and espresso martini from their Easter range and received my package in good time. However, instead of an espresso martini I received a mix of a creme egg Alexander and espresso martini (pornstar martini order was fine) so couldn't really make either. Tried contacting them with no response in the past week. The creme egg Alexander ingredients had been labelled incorrectly and that's how it had occured. Bit bummed as the pornstar martini was mega!

Update! SECONDS after posting I received a response and they will send a replacement.

Ordered an chocolate espresso martini “chicktail” Easter egg as an Easter gift for my husband and the product was not at all as described online and did not match the pictures on the website. Instead, they delivered a small, cheap rolo Easter egg and the spirits in a gin box, which was a disappointing gift for someone who hates gin. There was also no recipe included and I had to chase them for nearly a week for this to be emailed. I have been offered a refund on my delivery cost, but don’t feel this is an adequate resolution when the product delivered was not as described.

Very disappointed. Placed an order for 2x cocktail sets (including one of the Easter bundles) on 7th April. Delivery, which was received on Saturday 16th April, contained only part of the Easter bundle and none of the other set. Currently have been charged in full for the order with no communications as to why only part of the order has been delivered.

Contacted support immediately. No response despite the advice that all enquiries will be dealt with within 2 working days. Definitely won’t be using this service again, and wouldn’t recommend to others.

Ordered a cocktail kit as a birthday gift for a close friend. The website is beautifully presented and the instructions for placing the order were very easy to follow. The cocktail kit came in a beautiful presentation box with full instructions. Delivery was prompt. I will definitely be ordering as gifts again.

The espresso chocolate egg went down a treat. Excellent gift that impressed the wife. Shall definitely be ordering again for more browny points

Really great experience with The Cocktail Man - Fantastic service and fantastic quality products with very prompt delivery. Would very happily order again, the Easter Pornstar Martini is a must buy and made the perfect gift. Highly recommend!

Update: following on from this review, the company have resolved the issue and have exceeded my expectation of customer service.

The products arrived today, haven’t had a chance to try them but the packaging and the contents of them look great. They’d make a great gift or when entertaining. I didn’t think I’d order again but actually I will be ordering again.

Placed a large order for a party at the weekend on 8 April as promised delivery by Easter. The auto response to emails confirmed delivery by Easter for orders on or before 8 April and a response within 48 hours. The order didn’t arrive and giving allowances for the BH, no response received in 48 hours.

Super disappointing service, no idea about the product as 11 days have passed now without the order - wish I’d read the reviews before ordering and avoided.

Appreciate difficultly for a large volume of orders but I agree with earlier reviews, a little communication and being up front about delivery limitations would allow people to make informed decisions and avoid disappointment.

Did have a delay but they worked hard to resolve my issues.
