Everything was perfect.
The delivery was on time and in perfect condition with a minimal amount of packaging. We had three of the steaks and put the other three in the freezer for another time. We thoroughly enjoyed the steaks. They were so much better than the ones we had in a fancy restaurant on our holiday.
The delivery driver was very friendly and polite.

Out of date food
I ordered a dine in for box for two, which arrived on time and was mostly very tasty.
However, it arrived on 23 October and the cauliflower cheese was out of date on 20 October. I was very disappointed and emailed, and have been offered another cauliflower cheese or being given a credit note for that item.
Dukeshill market themselves as an elite food provider, but let themselves down with the little details.

Gone downhill
I have been a big fan of DukesHill bacon in the past, especially its proper dry cure without shrinkage or white stuff. But over the last few months it seems to have gone through a change - more like everybody else's dry cure bacon. It shrinks noticably and puts out some of the white stuff. I suppose they've had to become more competitive, and lower their standards.
