The Curtain Pole & Track Company Reviews

Queries were answered quickly and the curtain rail arrived within two days of confirming my orer. Great service and very happy with the product

Curtain tracks arrived on time. There was a minor aesthetic problem which was immediately resolved, excellent customer service. Track now installed and working perfectly for my heavy curtains. Track superior to a modern heavy duty plastic track.

We needed to replace a plastic curtain track on a bay window, because it simply did not do the job. The pull cords were always getting tangled, and the curtains sticking half way (assuming they would move at all!)
Their website was easy to follow, and the required measurements were clearly described. The new track arrived within a few days, and fitted perfectly. The curtains now open and close just as they should.

Love these poles. Hours of fun. Worth every penny.

The track fits perfectly, looks great, and works well.excellent.

Prompt service, good packaging.
As the curtain track I purchased is fitted flush to the ceiling, it might have been helpful for the supplied screws to be either coloured to match the track, or to have push fit covers supplied (which is what I bought from Amazon)

Quality product, great after sales service

The rail is too large, it doesn't fit within the brackets without removing two, and really forcing it. This means the corners dip down. It fits perfectly outside the brackets. Have the bracket measurements not been deducted during construction?

The online order system was great easy to use and understand. I did have one query which I wanted to speak to someone about and again my experience was great. Rang the number provided call answered swiftly spoke to an assistant who was very helpful and knowledgeable . The rail was delivered within two days I was emailed to advise despatched and delivery date which was spot on. Great product Great service .

Really happy with the track and customer service to get the right track was brilliant. Happily recommended or would use again. Track delivery was also spot on.

Very quick service. Product id delivered in couple of days.

Quality of the curtain track is good and easy to install. We don't need any handyman. We are pleased with the outcome.

It is an expensive one compared to what we can find in Dunelm, Homebase or other stores. We bought this because we needed extra long track which other stores don't have.

Very fast service, happy with the new yrack, looks great

Very prompt delivery. High quality product.

I rang 3 times with slightly different measurements due to difficulty in getting to the rail, they were very patient, it was worthwhile as the bay window track was a perfect fit

Fantastic product, great service. There was a shortage in original delivery but it was resolved within 48 hours. Cannot speak more highly.

It was easy to order from the website and the staff members were also very quick and helpful with enquiries. However, their delivery system is not efficient at all. Once the order was confirmed and dispatched, their email said it would arrive the following day. It is an all day wait with no way of knowing where the delivery is. It was incovenient but we waited and it never even arrived! There was no communication what happened, I had to call them to enquire and reschedule the delivery. I think this is the only lacking part of their business and they should sort this out.
