The Duvet Store Reviews

Received my order the next day. This is my second purchase as my previous duck down duvets had out lasted our expectations over many years and needed replacing. This time we purchased goose down and it is exactly what we need.

Quality of product is excellent, the fabric of the duvet is really soft and lovely. Very happy with duvet.

Fast delivery as always + 💯% top product as always + only place i buy my bedding from and absolutely in love with my bamboo filled so will be back for another soon

As before the Duvet Store did an amazing job. Firstly when I phoned to check out the duvet I was interested buying and then their speedy delivery. The two Hungarian Goose down duvets can be joined together for maximum warmth in the winter. They are beautiful quality and we just love them. Brilliant buy. Our thanks to Marc and his very efficient team. Would recommend the Duvet Store without hesitation 👏🙏🏻

Marc went above and beyond when I returned to buy two more duvets, and was very patient explaining how the all season system works and swapping out my order when I had gotten mixed up. Duvets themselves are well made and good quality.

Great customer communication, would highly recommend their duvets, this is the second one I have bought, excellent quality.

A very good price and excellent quality. Free delivery and arrived next day. I wouldn't use any other company to purchase a duvet.

Easy and quick to use. Excellent products. I have been using The Duvet Store for years.

Very easy website to navigate, buying process was good. Product arrived on time with good update communication. Product is amazing, just like my previous pillow

We have purchased toppers, duvets and pillows from this company since 2016. The advice and products have both been amazing and as such although they may sometimes seem to be a little dearer than some other companies the products are proving to be real value for money.
For the first time, I purchased a couple of pillows that I felt were not quite right when I opened my parcel. I spoke to Marc who instantly offered some solutions. I asked if I could perhaps swop the first pillows for a slightly more expensive pair. I paid the difference and Marc immediately sent out the new pillows to me. As agreed, all I had to do was to swop the original items (packed in their original packaging) with the courier. The whole process was so easy for me. I am delighted to say that our new pillows (Hungarian Down) are perfect. Thank you Marc and Tony.

So pleased to get my new CoolMax pillow and cover..

Prompt delivery.

Speedy delivery
Very good product.

Ordered over the phone as website baffled me. The person was helpful, friendly and very efficient. Made it a pleasure to order. Item as expected ( I have ordered before) and very happy with quality and speedy delivery. Recommend highly for service and products.

Timely delivery and kept updated with regards to actual delivery.
Pillows of good quality but a little more full than I expected. I ordered, Dacron Suprelle Fresh Eco Tencel and Aerelle Soft Flex Pillows.

Returning customer, say no more!

Excellent service and excellent products!

From beginning to end, the customer care was excellent. Quick, helpful responses to questions, and a friendly attitude. The duvet came earlier than expected and is top quality. Will buy again from The Duvet Store.

Wonderful pillows, absolutely love them and great service too, will definitely be coming back

Just purchased a 520ct Snow White flat sheet. Washed before use to remove the sheen that comes with sateen sheets. The sheet is quite thick, stiff and crisp more like poplin I can only hope it will soften over time. The top band is very narrow as is the edging. Service was fast I always buy my duvets from this company which are excellent but not over impressed with the sheet.

Just washed and ironed my sheet for the 2nd time. No sign of softening, whiteness glows, so stiff it needed serious steam ironing to get the creases out. They may be 100% Egyptian cotton but still not the best quality or best manufacturing process I suspect. For over £70 I can't bin the sheet yet but this will never get soft it actually crackles I have reduced the star rating to 1.
