Well structured course which is competitively priced and uses Kaplan materials. Found their information on the ACCA website as they are a platinum provider. I have used them for all of my skills level and passed all but one exam first time (this was due to being busy at work rather than the course). I will continue with them for my final level. Overall very happy with the content and support provided.

The EXP videos break the learning materials down into manageable chunks making self study around full time work a lot less daunting.

I managed to do one exam every quarter, completely self motivated knowing that I could do a small amount of work in evenings after work and around my social plans at the weekends. I even managed to do the last 3 exams whilst pregnant and have now qualified with first time passes.

I love the ability to have a lesson anytime .. anywhere .. and study at my own pace. I can watch the same section again. Skip or reverse and playback any tricky sections. The books included are excellent and easy to read. Customer support get a 10 out of 10. They were more than helpful, kind and reverted promptly when needed.

The virtual learning with ExP is so good to support you to keep track learning and practice. The learning method is driven by using mind map so it is easy to understand and practice knowledge.

I am a repeat student of APM and have found the ExP course set up, tutor and content exceptional. The approach by the tutor is one of building up confidence without overloading with information. I especially appreciated the practise phase, whereby the tutor provides a repeated template for answering the exam questions. He starts gently and then builds up the level of challenge as the practise phase goes on. In addition their customer support has always responded within 24 hours to any queries raised, helping resolve same. I would unreservedly recommend this course for any aspiring or repeat APM students.

I am a repeat student sitting AAA with ACCA, and someone had suggested 'The Exp Group' as a potential learning provider.

I found the structure of the course to be very good and suited me. The first half of the course you learn the core principles in a specific area (e.g. audit evidence) and then use the study text to supplement what you learn. Once you have finished a section (online class and study text) you have a brief MCQ quiz which reinforces what you have studied.

The second half of the course aims to get you used to how to approach exam questions and get your answer plan in place, which for me, found very useful as opposed to previous education providers that I have been with. Once again, you get some MCQs to once again reinforce the learnings for that section.

It was the first time I have tried 'The Exp Group' given the relatively low cost and access to the course content for a full year.

I found the website and course easy to navigate, the timeline (exam day vs. course progress) was a great motivational tool and overall, I thought was great value, the learning experience was very good and suited me.

Excellent platform for short (ish) videos and the bonus here is you also get revision lectures included at a very very competitive price. Normally low price means poor service (yes I am generalising!) but The EXP Group excel in this also, for the past couple of years I have had same day responses to more or less all of my emails. Highly recommended!

I'll just make it simple. I passed the DipIFR exam which is the whole point of taking a prep course. There's no way to pass the DipIFR exam unless someone shows you exactly how the exam will be scored. That said you have to do the work. ExP Group supplies all of the materials you need to pass all 4 tasks on the exam, but you need to do a significant amount of work on your own. For every hour of classroom work you need to practice at least 4. If you do the work you will pass period.

At first, I was hesitant because I couldn’t find as much reviews for the Exp Group compared to other more established online providers.

But the results speak for themselves. I passed all my exams with them and my scores weren’t in the low 50s as well.

I did so while juggling a very fast paced role as finance manager in a startup in Central London.

The demands of my job means that I’m probably working more than 40 hour weeks so I needed a provider that would be able to give me the flexibility I need to go through with my studies.

The exp group not only has a very flexible learning interface, it has mastered its teaching methodology by introducing a learning phase and subsequent practice phase to ensure you have mastery of both the theory and techniques needed to pass your exams.
