I did not spill engine oil my bag and why do you keep telling me that I must be distressed about it. Do people send their bags to you without the need for cleaning ? That’s why I sent you my bag , because I had car grease on it. I sent it to you to solve it not to further ruin my bag . It is washed out and two further stains have appeared ! Why would I send my bag to you other than it needs a clean/ stain removal ?? I was more angered at the state you left it than my accident .
I am not an ‘ expert ‘ at cleaning bags .. you supposedly are ...
you have done this more than once it seems and don’t take responsibility ...

Ruined my friends £1500 bag after waiting for months and months to receive back. Coloured washed out and looks worse than before. This company are not taking any action for their mistake! DO NOT USE

DESTROYED MY WIFES BAG
These jokers kept my wife’s bag for weeks and weeks, barely replying to emails. Then once she threatened them with police action (as they technically stole her bag by this point) they sent it back - believe it not in worse condition!!! and have accepted NO responsibility what so ever!
I’ve never, ever left a bad review before in my life, but these guys are a joke! £1500 bag RUINED!

My handbag had unraveled at the cord around the edge and now it looks brand new. I also had my husband's leather jacket that had gotten a rip in the back. When I picked it up you couldn't find where the rip ever was! So happy!!

These guys renovated my wife's law satchel that she has in her university days and refinished it in black instead of the original tan so I can use it instead of it sitting idle in a cupboard for another 20 years - we're both very please it is looking so good and is being used...

Everything was just perfect, the shipping was well organized (DHL) and my handbag was nicely wrapped into black tissue paper when I opened the parcel. They did such a great job with the coloring (pink) and the brass clasps. My Mulberry Lily was really well taken care of because it was in such a bad condition. Next project: My Mulberry Maisie Clipper needs a proper cleaning, too. However, I will get back to them very soon. There is no doubt, I warmly recommend The Handbag Spa.

I have used the Handbag Spa once before for black handles that marked a pink bag. I decided to give the bag a new lease of life and had it dyed from pink to full black, the transformation was amazing as was the quality and workmanship. I'd like to thank Joy for keeping in touch with me during the time it was away and I would encourage anyone with a beloved bag that's had its day to give it a new one.

Very happy with my recycled, ‘new’ mulberry Bayswater. Was dated in terms of colour, and very tired looking. Now upcycled to new colour, repairs completed on piping and looks great

Sent my black Louis Vuitton for refresh. Ok it took a while but WOW well worth the wait. Opened the box to what can only be described as a brand new bag. Thank you so much.

I sent my handbag for a zip repair and when I received it back i wasn’t satisfied with the colour zip match after speaking with customer service and exchanging a few emails and photos they arranged a pick up for my handbag and sent me pictures of a different zip colour, they replaced it with the second zip and I was very pleased with it when it arrived the second time! Great customer service and I am now a happy customer thanks handbag spa!

I received my Chanel hand bag not expecting it to be restored as well as it has been.
There were so many marks and stains in the bag and I was worried they would not be able to remove them.
But I am so pleased with the result

Was a little worried sending off my girlfriend expensive bag to a random company but they put my mind at ease straight away with how professional they are and everything is tracked even the progress on the bag.
