I have just received a Super King Divan and matching Easdale Headboard In Soft Weave Cream from this Company and once again the workmanship is superb. Because I needed storage this time I was unable to buy a complete bed so opted for the continental drawers, which give the space needed but don't clash with bedroom furniture. I have never been disappointed with anything I have purchased from the Headboard Workshop. They have an extensive choice of luxury fabrics, which compliment the craftsmanship of the beautiful hand made products, with various options for the finishing as well. The manufacturing time was shorter than expected and the delivery guys who had to get everything upstairs were brilliant. We wall mounted the headboard which looks magnificent and the instructions for doing this are very clear and concise, which made it very easy to install. Over the moon with how the bed looks, now just need to decorate the room.

So refreshing to deal with an independent company that puts customer service and product quality at the heart of their service. The website is extremely easy to use; fabric sample orders were delivered very quickly; once ordered, there was regular updates as to progress throughout the manufacturing process. On delivery, the headboard was extremely well packaged and was easy to assemble and put on the bed. I cannot fault any part of the process and the quality of the product is second to none.

I am so thrilled with my beautiful headboard. The craftsmanship is to such a high standard. I was kept informed throughout the process and the headboard was delivered and fitted all within the original time frame. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

The whole experience was most professional - samples were sent as requested, quotes for different options provided and the finished headboard was beautiful.

I am completely happy with my Ottoman from The Headboard Workshop, as I am with my headboard which I ordered earlier this year. On both occasions the level of communication, the degree of detail shared and, simply, the friendly yet professional manner throughout the whole process have been excellent. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the early morning delivery, when I advised the company of my need to leave home by 08.45 a.m. on the stipulated date of delivery. As to the Ottoman: it is beautiful, wonderfully crafted and exactly what I wanted and needed. The Headboard Workshop is a very fine company indeed.

We have now had seven headboards, an upholstered bed, a footstool and round stool from this fabulous company. Would highly recommend them. All of such high quality and beautifully crafted.

Quality bespoke headboard for 5'6" bed. This company has excellent customer service with people who will go the extra mile. The fabric we wanted had changed production method and I was phoned to advise this and a sample of the new fabric was sent out. Regular updates on timescales given and item arrived when expected. Delivery company also good and communicative.

This review is well warranted especially as such great service is the exception to the rule in this day and age. I only wish all companies could be this good.

Fantastic communication throughout, order arrived ahead of time and it's beautiful. Highly recommend! We were a bit apprehensive about buying a mattress we hadn't tested but it's really comfortable.
