The delivery was fine
The delivery was fine - guys turned up when booked , were polite and took the bed to the upstairs bedroom . The mattress is comfortable and stylish . Minor gripe - there were no instructions ! A bed isn’t complicated - but I’m not handy ! . I’ve built it - but there were 2 screws leftover ? Anyway it’s all good and I’ve enjoyed some comfortable nights sleep .

I paid for & ordered a mattress & then…
I paid for & ordered a mattress & then was told they don't do that type of mattress anymore. They offered to sell me a different type but I have asked to cancel order.
They are sending my money back in the next 10 working days.
This means I can't buy anything else yet.
Disappointed 😞

I have not received my mattress yet!it was suposed to be delivered 5 days ago!!!meanwhile,i changed houses and i can not receive it anymore!!!if any of your leading people in that company gives a dang,i would like to be contacted for a refund or rearange the delivery to my new adress!i rried to divert the parcel bit there is no option to change the adress!

A easy to use yet detailed website that helped with choosing the bed. Efficient and pleasant service from your team and prompt delivery by your local courier. The bed and headboard are well made with quality materials and fabric. The Morven mattress is very comfortable; medium firm giving a very restful nights sleep. A good experience all round.

Delayed delivery
Ordered a mattress for the 7th October. Only to be told next day that the mattress I had ordered was out of stock and I would have to wait until November 1st (whilst still showing on their website as in stock and delivery within 2-3 days). Needless to say I refunded and won’t be in a rush to purchase from here again!

You won’t be disappointed
I was really sceptical about ordering a mattress online that wasn’t very expensive for my spare room. Especially one that comes in a box! I did a bit of research to make sure it wasn’t a scam then went for it. The mattress arrived in two days by van. The driver was friendly. I had to get a neighbour to help me get the box upstairs which was very heavy. It was a source of amusement opening it and it rapidly turning into a thick double mattress. I am so impressed with the whole service and the mattress. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again!
