I highly recommend Their Perfect Gift Euro cards. My daughter recently used one for a school trip to Germany. It was safer then using cash and I could track spend on the app. Great if you have kids travelling outside the UK.

Supported team and immediately reaction on my issue

After initially writing a misinformed view, I have to say this company genuinely cares about its customers, and does what it can to put things right.

Please check spam messages when waiting for a response from them, they do get back to you, and within only a few hours.

Thish is going above and beyond for an issue I encountered and taking personal ownership to put things right. Not many founders still care this much to do right by their customers.

Worst gift card I've ever received.

More than useless. So far the card has been rejected every time I tried to use it, from online retailers, PayPal and even Sainsbury's. Embarrassing and frustrating.

There's no cardholder name, so any website where this is essential info (most of them) you won't even be able to even get to the payment screen.

I've heard you can purchase Amazon gift cards with it so that might be an option.

Their own marketplace is a scam, everything is priced way higher and purposely priced with awkward amounts to ensure you leave an odd amount on the card that's impossible to use and will almost certainly expire within a year.

For example the B&O headphones are £470.20 on the marketplace but £335 on amazon. The Bowers & Wilkins are £307.01 but £199 on amazon.

Horrible business model that has turned a generous gesture into a highly negative experience.

I’ve been trying to arrange some vouchers for some work colleagues but it’s proving to be a challenge. They provided the costings for the vouchers I wanted along with a charge of £7.49 per card for processing and activation. (I was ok with this as they need to make some money!). However, they then added a 15% charge on the load amount as I didn’t do it online. (Unable to as need to be invoiced and then my company to pay via bank transfer?). Really disappointed with how this company gave me a price and then added the 15%. Due to the charge I’ll now need to look at other options as doesn’t make it viable!

Tom was very nice and polite, responded to both of my tickets very nicely. The support was very helpful and quick. A big thank you to whomever helped, as well as Tom.

MasterCard gift cards are great option for online shopping, but it would be even better if they could be used in physical stores through app like Apple pay. This would make it easier for people who prefer to pay digitally in regular stores

**Scammers Alert!**

Someone attempted to steal from me using all my personal information, including my card details. They called from a private number, posing as my bank, and tried to convince me to provide a code to confirm a transaction of £1,984.02.

Please be cautious and do not trust them! Stay aware and protect your information!

This company offers guaranteed next working day deliver, for a whopping £11.99 for orders placed before midday. If choosing that option, next day delivery is probably pretty important. When it did not happen, there was a disinterested, uncourteous response from customer services. I would not use ’Their Perfect Gift’ again.

Always so prompt at coming back - nothing is ever an issue and most things are turned around within less than an hour of me querying something.

I had a problem with the amount on the gift card I ordered and they dealt with it very quickly and issued a new one to reach me the next day I was very happy and recommend them to family and friends

I had a query about the 3D secure transactions when using the card as I was unsure the card would work (I couldn't see anything on the FAQ's). The customer service team are amazingly helpful, provided the information needed & gave me confidence to use their services. I can't rate them enough.

The process is very smooth. The price they provide is also good i.e. approx 4 gbp a card.
The ease in doing payment for the card is also worthy of praise.
