I purchased a computer from The IT Bay at the weekend and it arrived promptly and well packaged on Tuesday. A couple of very minor issues which were both due to my ignorance of computers were efficiently dealt with by Hannah and Jacob in a very friendly and understanding manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely use them again should the need arise. Thank you IT Bay.

Needing a new iPad I found the one I wanted at a good price. From placing the order to delivery I was kept fully informed of progress by email and as promised it came the following day.

Bought a 27" HP conferencing PC monitor from these guys rather than off Amazon. Came quickly, good product (and they had added the right power cable), free shipping which I could track, and £20 off the Amazon price. Very happy.

I ordered my iPad Monday 10 am and I resaved if 4PM next day Tuesday at 4PM .

The Lenovo Thinkvision 24"QHD monitor I purchased is very sharp and the colours are clear and bright. Great price and service, also tracked delivery and it arrived in two days. I would definitely recommended The IT Bay 😀

Having purchased quite a high end laptop from The IT Bay, I was already slightly impressed at the low prices they were offering their hardware for. Call me a pesimist, (realist!) but I was trying to find some sort of reason for their cheap prices, possibly refurbished machines or gray stock. Well, I pulled the trigger and purchased my machine. It arrived next working day, and the machine was brand new. Down to the seals on the packaging remaining untouched with all the security seals in place.

The machine is fantastic, with great delivery and price. And then I checked the warranty.... and it wasn't exactly the full 3 years as advertised. Part of me was relieved, this was probably the reason why the price was so cheap. I was happy to live with it, however I thought, there would be no harm in me firing off an email to customer services in querying the discrepancy in warranty lengths.

In record time, I received a reply from Hannah Armstrong, who politely explained the reason for the different warranty lengths, (which by the way was a perfectly reasonable explanation). She then went on to explain how to reset the warranty to start from the purchase/sale date on the manufacturer's website. She had a really comprehensive and clear word document that had easy to follow steps with screenshots.

Having followed her instructions, I found my warranty updated to reflect the time that was advertised on the item's description page.

I'm happy as I managed to get a great machine, at a great price, with great customer service. I'm just left confused, wondering what the catch is...

I ordered the laptop and it came by tracked delivery the next day.
The whole process was very smooth from start to finish with order updates emailed to me by both the company and courier.
The laptop was far cheaper than other competitors and worked perfectly on arrival.

I can thoroughly recommend this company indeed.

I needed to replace my company laptop 'cos I'm retiring and I'll need to hand it back. I spent weeks searching for the right machine .. believe me, I'm meticulous. So, I finally decide on a Lenovo model that had a good spec. Found The IT Bay had the best price. The equivalent Dell (direct from Dell) was twice the price. I started thinking 'What's the catch?'. So I paid with credit card. I had no reason to worry. The machine arrived 2 days later. Absolutely delighted with it! It's sleeker, faster, quieter than my old company laptop. I need to get my wife a new laptop some time soon. I know where I'll go.
