Good price offered on a Dell PC monitor and helpful advice given by Hannah, who was very pleasant to deal with. The model I wanted was out of stock and Hannah kept me informed of expected delivery dates. Once ordered, the monitor arrived the following day and has proved ideal for my needs.

Ordered on a Friday afternoon & was aware that delivery would be 'next working day', which i thought would be Monday.

Very delighted & pleasantly surprised to receive notification from DPD that they would deliver on Saturday Afternoon.

How sad. I sent a price match enquiry with a promised 4 hour reply.
Next day still nothing.
Tried webchat which promises immediate reply.
Guess what….nothing.
Bought the item from Amazon.

An enquiry was made before purchase and a comprehensive honest reply provided. On the basis of the response, an order was placed. Delivery was made by UPS within 20 hours. This is how all companies should operate.

Throughout the whole experience of ordering and having to return a faulty item, they were top notch.

First the next day delivery, second the very competitive prices and third the incredible customer service when returning said faulty item.

Massive shout out to Hannah who was very communicative, kept on top of everything and clarified every step with the utmost clarity.

It was unfortunate the item was faulty, otherwise the service with full refund left me impressed. Need more customer service like this in the UK. Gold standard.

I bought a Lenovo ThinkVision M14t Gen 2 from ItBay and I’ll be honest, I was very suspicious at first. The price was about £150 cheaper than everywhere else, so it really felt like one of those “this can’t be real” deals.

But it was. 🥳😁

I ordered it on Sunday, it was sent out the next working day, and I had it by Tuesday via DPD. Delivery was smooth, tracking worked properly, and I got updates without being spammed.

The monitor arrived exactly as described, brand new and well packaged. No issues at all. Everything about the process felt straightforward and legit.

So yes, despite my doubts, ItBay is clearly a genuine seller with great prices. I’d definitely recommend them and would buy from them again without hesitation.
