My purchase (a computer monitor) was heavily discounted; a few questions I had about its spec. were very helpfully answered and the order I then placed online at 12:30 pm on Thursday was delivered at 8 am next day - it doesn't get any better than that.

They have good pricing and best electronics for your daily work

I placed an order a little while back for a high end Lenovo laptop for my younger brother. He has just graduated uni and wanted something to code on and start some freelance work.

The laptop i ordered unfortunately was dead on arrival. Would not boot or load up the operating system. Thankfully the laptop was covered with the warranty and lenovo engineer came out to me and told me there was an issue with the motherboard (not the fault of ITBay as it is a manufacturing issue).

I notified ITBay as soon as the engineer left and spoke with Hannah who was brilliant from start to finish. She was friendly, approachable and above all else, knowledgeable. I was a bit miffed with the whole situation but she honestly made it painless and kept me informed about the collection of the faulty unit and checked once the new one had been delivered. I would like to pass on my thanks to Hannah and the team, you were all excellent.

We ordered 1 tablet before making a larger order.

The 1 tablet showed 2 defects raised by our team. We returned the tablet in as new condition.

Trying to get a refund was like trying to get blood from a stone. Hannah was painful to deal with. She said their engineers couldn't reproduce the issues.

However, one of the bugs in the tablet was a known issue identified by the manufacturer of the tablet and instead of accepting that I had to escalate the issue to a Director and then was asked to provide proof from the manufacturer that the bug existed. Awful service and so inefficient for a low value return.

Eventually, after the refund was made, the full amount wasn't paid.

Would avoid dealing with the IT Bay like the plague. Clearly a declining company.

Absolutely fantastic service, very efficient service and happy to help the company responds very quickly to queries highly recommend this company if your looking for a gift or something for yourself.

This is the second order I’ve placed. The website is easy to use, prices are competitive, deliveries are quick and updates are provided. Excellent price and outstanding service! Bought a new laptop for my daughter heading off to uni. Wanted a RAM upgrade to the model listed so called for a quote. Jacob was extremely helpful and gave me a great price. The extra RAM was installed within hours and the laptop arrived next day.
