Good delivery time and brilliant price compared to others for same product; this is a new company trying to get a foot hold in this market, so items for sale are better than most cost wise. Will look at them first for future purchases--very pleased and well recommended.

Found a competitively priced monitor (even against Amazon), ordered 5pm yesterday and here by 2pm today. Fantastic, efficient and even a nice personal touch email with the vat invoice in my inbox. Love to support smaller businesses but often the price difference against the big online retailers can’t justify it. In this case it did, was perfect and also feel better for giving my business. Will definitely use again!

An excellent service. Brand name goods for very reasonable prices. Plus the fact they take Klarna means I could pay in 3 which really helped. I would wholeheartedly recommend IT Bay. I purchased a Samsung 32” monitor from them. The monitor arrived the following day. However, there was a slight damage to the corner of the bezel. I contacted the IT Bay Sales Administrator, Hannah Armstrong, who could not have been more helpful. She immediately took back the damaged product and had a new replacement delivered the following day. Excellent service from an excellent company.

I bought a Lenovo refusrbished laptop from here. When it arrived the battery wasn't working and wasn't ideal.
I then had a further issue and reported this.

Whilst reluctant at first as it was over 30 days, they did refund fully with very little fuss and overall I am happy with my experience.

We ordered a tv as a present for my daughter for Xmas, we didn’t get around to opening it until beginning of January and I ordered it in November because it was in the sale. When opened we discovered that the screen was cracked, contacted IT bay and it was literally sorted straight away.
