Greta experience and great customer service.

I purchased a brand new Dell Docking Station from The IT Bay, which was much cheaper than anywhere else I had seen. I ordered it on a Saturday and it was delivered the following Tuesday (only 3 days later).

On connecting the docking station to my laptop I discovered I had purchased the wrong one and so I contacted customer services via The IT Bay website. I received a reply within about half an hour, from a very helpful sales administrator, who informed me that I could return the docking station, even though I had used it, but would have to pay a restocking fee. However, as I was reordering a replacement docking station, this would be taken into account with regards to the restock fee. The replacement dock was even better value for money than the original dock.

I reordered the replacement dock on the Thursday evening, which would have been delivered on the Saturday morning (if I had been in) but I rearranged for the Tuesday instead. I also returned the unwanted docking station on the Saturday afternoon.

Today I received a notification from the same helpful sales administrator, saying that I would be receiving a full refund for the returned docking station, i.e. I was not being charged the restock fee!

So in summary; fantastic prices and excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend!

Ordered a Samsung S61D soundbar. Good price, came well wrapped in a couple of days. Customer service very good. Good experience.

First of all the price was a good deal better than one high street store.
The delivery time, next day was for me, very timely and was bang on time.
Was looking forward to the Q symphony set up and so far, excellent. Samsung S50B.

Very good company.got my soundbar far cheaper than anywhere else (£150 cheaper)had a slight problem which was down to me and the support they gave was first class.

I had been looking for a specific soundbar to replace an old system when I came across IT Bay by chance. Their price was far cheaper than I had seen anywhere else but I was a bit worried as I had not heard of this company before.

I can only say that their service is absolutely fantastic, communication was spot on and next day delivery as stated. My whole experience has been fantastic and I can thoroughly recommend IT Bay. I will certainly be using them again for any future purchases.

I recently purchased a new LG OLED Television. The price was unbelievably good, cheaper than anywhere else. Before purchasing a did an online chat with Hannah, who was extremely helpful. She reassured me that the TV was new and in stock and confirmed the price. I have to admit I was still slightly nervous about ordering from an internet company that I had not used before. However my fears were unfounded! I received the TV the next day and it was exactly as specified, Brand new, boxed and perfect. There was no extra charge for delivery. I cannot fault the service and product and recommend this company.

Best price on the net by a mile. Quick delivery. Well packed. Highly recommended. Ignore the big retailers. This company deserves success.

I have been very impressed with the recent customer service experience with The IT Bay, even when issues were experienced with my order...I queried some of the details regarding a new monitor, which were all quickly answered, so I placed an order. It arrived the next day, but unfortunately had a fault. The support from Hannah was excellent throughout, and within a few days it was returned and a new one delivered....this is exactly what you want when things don't go to plan....thank you Hannah, great job!

Excellent customer service! I only realised I had ordered the wrong monitor model after it had been dispatched, but Hannah responded very quickly and was both polite and helpful.:)
