I bought a twist natural cot mattress from the little green sheep 2 years ago. My daughter barely slept in her cot so it’s had very light use and always been protected with a mattress protector. I have kept the mattress stored in the cot while waiting for my second baby to be born. I’ve recently checked the mattress and the underside (which has never been slept on) is covered in mould so the mattress will need to be thrown out. There’s no other mould or damp in my house. After doing some research I’ve discovered coconut fibre is notorious for mould growth. Extremely disappointed as I thought the natural fibres would be safer. I also recently bought a single mattress from this company so will be closely monitoring it.

I bought a SnuzPod which is great but had a small issue with the mattress, I contacted customer services and they got back to me almost immediately to say they would ship a replacement. The replacement was great and baby sleeps really well in her crib! Really great service and good quality bed.

I ordered the 'fitted' sheet for the moses basket, costing £14.95 each. These are not fitted in the slightest and swamp the mattress, leaving a lot of excess fabric. On complaining I was just told to 'tuck it in', which is not acceptable given the price tag and that the product is advertised as specifically made for their basket mattress. Don't waste your money!

This company has been recommended previously, and this is the first time purchasing. The quality of the products was amazing, and the delivery was quick and efficient! The customer service were great too! I would definitely be recommending and ordering again!

Really disappointed with this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is supposed to be a company providing children and baby stuff so you’d think they cared about their customers. I’m a single mum and had to carry a single mattress up three flights of stairs on my own. I was covered in cuts and bruises and soo upset. The delivery man said that it wasn’t outside the door delivery but curb side delivery. I rang the company because I was obviously so upset and they said they would ring me back. It’s been nearly two weeks and I’ve heard nothing. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

1* Because I ordered on Tuesday BEFORE 1pm (Basically moday around 3pm) Which means my delivery should have been on Wednesday.

It is now Thursday end of day and I don't have the item I ordered.

Going through the negative reviews, it seems others have experienced the same.

What a pleasant surprise. This company has been absolutely amazing from start to finish.

Our baby arrived a lot earlier than expected and therefore I was in a rush to get out things together to have our home ready for them.

Upon ordering from the hospital theybwas an option for a neighbour to receive the parcel which was nice. However, upon my panic stage, I made a mistake and ordering the wrong size. Upon fixing the cot I realised and worrying this would be an issue. However, no.

I spoke with Demi, who was an absolute pleasure to speak too and even calmed my worries and allowed for me to have various other options to cater for me. Honestly, I left the conversation smiling and happy, from dreading it earlier on. Thank you Demi.

Although, john lewis sells items from this company and is know for customer service. I cannot recommend going direct to this company enough. I received faster delivery times, more options (return l, exchange) and even better levels of service. I will be sure to recommend to all amd anyone I know.

I had ordered a Moses basket a few months ago which had been stored at my mother in laws, when we brought it home there was no screws to build it up so I emailed and got a very quick response from Demi, she arranged to send a new set of screws out! Thank you

I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of customer care received from Demi. I had a minor complaint which was resolved with an “above and beyond” approach. I didn’t expect the solution I received but as a result will be recommending this business to anyone I can. Thank you so much!

Contacted LGS following a product fault in a product I purchased from another retailer. Used the contact form on the website twice and had no reply. Noted from TrustPilot that customer service is very good, so I tried again via the chat function and got connected with Demi. I was pleased about this as Demi has several good reviews so I had faith in her resolving my issue. True to her great reputation, Demi resolved the issue immediately and organised a replacement to be sent out! Thanks so much :)

Excellent customer service from Demi - fast responses to emails about pram mattress protectors, helpful and kind representative. Mattress protectors are very soft and high quality.

The best customer service from Demi! Love my Little Green Sheep mattress, and bought another for someone else but had to return it because no longer required. So easy to do- just a quick call (no long wait) and Demi was so sunny and lovely and helpful! So grateful! Would definitely shop here again.

Really above and beyond.

My review is a little strange in the fact, I bought my Moses Basket online, only to have my Aunty arrive with the exact same one a day before it was meant to be delivered.

As such, I called the customer service team who picked up quickly and were so understanding to my situation. The representative (Demi) quickly called the courier to see if it could be stopped from leaving the depot and emailed me immediately to let me know of the outcome. Sadly it was too late to stop the delivery but was given instruction as to what to do when arrived, as well as arranging for a return when it was came back to the shop.

Honestly, the ease of service and being able to speak to a real person in real time is exceptional in this day and age. Especially to a lady who genuinely cared and was super kind and helpful.

I have my ‘Little Green Sheep’ Moses Basket and it is absolutely beautiful. It’s sturdy and made well. I know my baby will be sleeping in something that is not only environmentally friendly, but ensures there are no nasties for my baby.

I can highly recommend the Moses Basket and customer service to anyone who is thinking of purchasing one.

Absolutely terrible service. I placed an order on a Thursday before 1pm and it was confirmed I had qualified for free next day delivery. This was the reason I ordered direct rather than with John Lewis for example. I waited in the whole of Friday and received no update. It is now Monday, I called at 9am and they advised there had been delays but that customers had been notified by email (I still haven’t received any such email). They confirmed the order was on its way but that tracking information wasn’t available but someone would be in touch by email to provide this once available. I was told this would be the same day. By 4pm no one had been in touch so I called again, tracking number provided. I came off the phone, tried the tracking number and it doesn’t work so I called back and they are now saying it’s an issue with Yodel and I need to try again in a few hours! Here we are on Monday evening with no sign of the delivery and no way of knowing when it will arrive. Absolutely shocking service and wish I had just stuck to John Lewis or Mamas & Papas. Avoid at all costs! My baby is due imminently and the staff I spoke to all give the impression they couldn’t care less.
