Prompt delivery. Did have one item arrive slightly damaged (cracked popper) but they were super responsive and sent out a replacement and even let me keep the damaged one as it would still work on the different sizes

My daughter wears 7-8 years clothes and I haven't been able to find swimming nappies that fit. The are lovely designs and look like they will fit for a good few years. They seem extremely comfy. They are a little pricey but worth it. Unsure on if it hold poo yet. Ive also washed and tumble dried it and it was fine

Great company, I had to return some items and it felt like I was talking to a human. All was very quick and I got my replacement size so much faster than I thought I would. Happily use again!

Wow. Very impressed with the nappy guru and the bright bots training pants. The delivery was very quick. The pants have been great for starting to potty train my toddler. They save the small accidents and encourage him to go to potty. Highly recommend.

My daughter used to feel a bit embarrassed about occasionally wetting her underwear, but with her training pants, she feels much more confident!

Received great service from the Nappy Guru. Even though the items I ordered didn't work out for me, the service was great and I left a satisfied customer. The fact the items didn't work out wasn't their fault, but they put everything right. I'd recommend them.

Bought this for my sister who has 10 month old baby. As soon as she opened the package she said:
“Love the nappies and the little bag!”
Then after a week and a half, she said: “We tried the nappies through the night and unfortunately they didn’t hold his pee, he was wet in the morning. I had to change his clothes halfway through the night on one occasion :( maybe it needs to be fastened more but I don’t want it to be too tight around his tummy.. or we need to add more pads?”
Overall she’d give it 3 stars for design and materials but the fastening just isn’t secure enough. But she’ll keep trying.
She thinks if they had straps (like Velcro) instead of buttons, that would be better.

I LOVE CHEEKY NAPPIES!
I orderd 3x starter starter packs, I wish I spent more time looking at the website as I would have discoverd that they do their own nappy and wipe bundle.
I ordered theses nappies when my daughter was 6 weeks old, she is now 4 months, so we have been using them fore a while, and let me tell you i WILL be ordering reusable nappy and wipe bundle soon.

In the starter pack You get:-

2x cheeky pocket shells- theses are my favourite by far! You had a number of options for the patterns.
These nappy pockets are designed to grow with your baby, they have poppers so you can adjust the sizing to fit your baby, the popers feel/sound nice and secure and don't rub or touch the babys skin.
Okay so let me tell you why theses are by far my favourite of the nappies.Theses are so soft! The inside of theses pockets is a a dark colour fleece, this make it so my baby isnt sitting wet, the fleece dose a grate job at drying quick, somtimes ive had to double check is she's had a wee lol.Its so nice know she's not gonna be sitting feeling wet.
So I didn't think I'd be as overly botherd about staining however I'm more bothered then I thought (I don't use stain remover on the nappies) which is why i love that the fleece lining is a darker colour, you cant see any staining if there is any. Obviously they have been used and washed multiple times by now and they have come up amazing even after washing, they have still stayed soft and movable, you woudlnt knwo they been used . The outer wet proof layer of theses pockets are so movable compared to the avla brand.
Cheeky nappies have a double gusset (had to check what this was called) now I like this idea it helps when you place your baby in the nappy to line them up but the double gusset is designed to help with leaks, which I feel it definitely had helped. Don't get me wrong when I first made the switch there were some leaks but that was down to user error as I was learning how to use the properly. Now I have no leaks!!
They have remained soft, and kept a grate apprance even when been used so much they have really help well, baby likes wearing them. And they just overal look a nicer fit around the waist and legs, I particularly live the darker fleece. You are able to wash theses at a 40° which is good.

1x Avla nappy- Okay so this is a grate nappy however ive had another nappy to compare this one to and compared to cheeky own it just wasnt my favourite but it is still a good nappy! So this nappy is adjustable to grow with baby, and also has a fleece inside this however is white. There is not double gusset but that's not a problem. This is a pocket style nappy and also comes with the insert, which the more I've used and washed it the more absorbent it's got.. again not really had any leaks since mastererd how to use them so that's grate. Now why I'm just not a fan of them, they are stiff, compared to Cheekys. Again theses have washed up really well, too well lol they haven't lost there stiffness in anyway at all, this means they just not as movable and look bulky when on, and they digg in a bit more around the waist . The patterns you can get on the avla nappys are so CUTE! I Love the patterns I got to pick from.

3x Bamboo inserts- these are incredible soft, have stayed soft even after washes! They are not thick either which means I've been able to layer them to create more absorbency when needed with out making the nappy bulky. I've HaD no issues with the absorbency, they don't seem to ahve any staining too, not sure if this is because of the material ?

Wetbag- This is a good wetbag, it hold around 3 used reusable nappies. I have also use it for my babys swim bag and it can fit a baby costume and baby size town rolled up in them. They have done a grate job on making sure to keep any dampness within the bag. I like theses use them all the time!

Little lamb disposable liners- this is a roll of disposable liners for the nappys, I haven't had a chance to use theses yet.

Washing- so I do a 20mim wash cycle on 30° as a 'prewash'. Then I do a longer full cycle wash at 40° , then every now and then up the temp to 60° I use nonbio powder for theses, no conditioner or satin removers, then hang them to try. This is just how I wash them and amd both nappy brands have come up nicely

Nappy gurus/cheeky wipes actually have a wearhosue in the town over from me, so I had the option to go collect the package, however there was plenty of options for delivery, I think thought this is more eco seeing my partner worked near to their weahouse. I LOVE this option I hope they keep that.
Customer has been AMAZING from ordering till after, anything ive needed to know or ask ect hasn't been a problem for them, I've got quick replies and everyone has been so helpful.weven when I had baby brain lol

So overal I'm so happy with this starter pack, it's a grate value for money for anyone wanting to try and see if making the switch is for them! Highly recommend.

The sizing is correct too.
One of my products didn't arrive, but the matter was cleared up straight away, and within 48 hours, my other product arrived. The team were very prompt and friendly in corresponding with me.
