Training pants
Ordered training pants. Bought 3/4 year old for 3 year old grandson. Fit really well. And although he did have a little accident all the wee stayed in the pants and didn't run onto carpet. Once wet though you need to change.
Ordering and delivery was excellent. Arrived as promised.
No problems at all

Very responsive team
Very responsive team that processed and delivered my order in under 48 hours. I’ve yet to use the diapers but I can clearly see that they are of good quality and I got quite a few different types to try out. I’ll definitely be purchasing again

Very handy product for everything
Very handy product for everything. Easy to wash and dry being small
I would have liked to have known different colour options, but my fault maybe for not looking. A pop up with colour options would be handy

The delivery was timely and the product was what I wanted. I have had to get the 1-2year old reusable swim nappy (Alva baby) already though and my son is only 6 months!

Nappy gurus has always been my go to…
Nappy gurus has always been my go to for cloth nappies. The items are well priced and sent quickly (and my husband always liked the little chocolates that came with orders which meant he was distracted by how many times I'd ordered from here...). It seems like a really nice small business so I've always ordered things from here if they have it. The support you can get through the website for cloth nappies is so helpful, as is the facebook group. Definitely recommend them!

Great company, great ethos
Having made several orders from the nappy gurus, including reusable nappies, inserts, feminine products.
They're a great company, send items in recyclable packaging, send them quickly.

Absolutely love shopping with The Nappy Gurus - they have such a lovely selection of all things cloth nappies and so many other eco products too! Delivery is always quick too!

Disgusting customer service
Terrible post sales process. False advertising (“birth” nappies) completely different fit my average size baby - 8.5lbs! Was told my baby was “small”! When he did grow, nappies still didn’t fit. Tried to return items still in packaging. Advised - rudely - to sell on Facebook! No returns! No credits! No apologies! Lost over £300 - do not buy - rip off!
