First time ordering as recommended. All ok, would have liked an opportunity for the order to arrive quickly as this was helping towards my dogs cancer treatment and time is of the essence.

Established in 2003, we are a herbalist specialising in neem products for pets (natural flea control, natural tick and lice control, gut and skin issues), people (shampoos, conditioners, creams, lotions and sprays for headlice, dandruff, scabies, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea etc, toothpaste, mouthwash and products for tooth and gum care, neem supplements) and for plants (natural products to keep your plants healthy and pest free). Neem (Azadirachta indica) is a tree widely grown across India, Asia and Africa, which is much prized for its many health giving properties. Used in Ayurvedic medicine for over 4000 years to regulate vata, it's health giving properties are being recognised by western medicine. Neem lowers blood sugar, heals stomach ulcers, reduces bloating, is anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, reduces inflammation, has massive anti-oxidant activity, is a natural contraceptive and painkiller and stimulates the immune system. And thats not all! Neem has unique properties in controlling insect pests, and is a natural and biodegradable insecticide. Neem has a wide safety profile, making it suitable for use in all animals. We are here to spread knowledge and usage of neem by formulating it into natural and safe products to help people help themselves, their pets and plants to stay naturally healthy, and so reduce the need for pharmaceuticals, and toxic insecticides.

I have used several of the Neem products
I have used several of the Neem products recently as my
Dog picked up fleas and mites somewhere along the line. I wanted to treat this without chemicals that would affect my dog and also myself.
I have used the fleas/mites spray now
On the dog and I believe it is killing the fleas/mites, I have used the house spray repeatedly around the furniture and carpets, which seems to help, along with the Neem dog shampoo. I have tried other products from different companies, whilst the spray is lighter and easier to spray, I do not think it is so effective at breaking the cycle as Neem does. The company dispatch the products very quickly.

Thankyou so much for taking the time to review us and we are so pleased to have been able to help!...fleas are pesky creatures, but we don't want to be poisoning ourselves or our pets in treating them. Natural, non toxic methods are soo much better for us and, given that pharma companies are trying to shut down the use of natural remedies, the more people that know about neem and what it can do, the better for us all! 5 stars to you!
My shampoo arrived very quickly

Delivered next day
Delivered next day, amazing! This is a new product for us, so not used it long enough to see the results yet. Bought to help keep the products we use or give to our dog as natural as possible. We bought it to maintain his health and deter ticks, bugs and other nasties instead of the usual chemical stuff the vet churns out. Will see how it goes…🤞🏻

Package spoiled and not replaced
Ordered from this company and package was spoiled. They refused to refund or replace. I wasted a lot of time trying to work this out with them, but their customer service was slow and unhelpful. Best save yourself the hassle.

That's not actually correct is it? We found your complaint. You complained that Royal Mail had left your parcel in your recycling bag and you did not want to 'pick it out of your recycling bag'. The photo from Royal Mail showed the clean and undamaged parcel in a bag at your front door and later you confirmed that the parcel had been placed in your garage. We said that if you wanted to return the parcel, we would refund it, but we did not receive a return. You deleted your original Trustpilot review with our reply.
Top products and customer service
Excellent products and customer service. I needed something to help my goat, Rodney, who has urine scald after a urethrostomy. I ordered some gentle shampoos and the Neem Oil Salve after getting advice from The Neem Team. I've used the salve several times on Rodney and one of my other goats who has a skin problem. It's deeply moisturising but very gentle on the skin and I'm very happy to say that I've seen an improvement after just a couple of uses. I've already ordered some more and just wish it came in bigger sizes :)

Never delivered product
Ordered Neem Spray. Package was never delivered. I contacted customer service and they refused to accept responsibility or provide a replacement. I was met with a total "shrug".

That is actually not correct is it? You contacted us to say that your parcel had not been delivered. We showed you the tracking from Royal Mail showing the parcel had been delivered, and suggested that you might want to put a note out in case anyone had taken it by mistake. You replied to this suggestion saying that wouldn't work and that parcels are being taken all the time in your building. As you had not specified a 'safeplace', there was no point re-sending the order, but we refunded you in full. Not many companies would have done the same. Perhaps you can suggest what we should have done instead?
