I bought a lovely Toyota Yaris from their dealership, and it’s been running perfectly so far.

I was really impressed with how well the car was presented; Super clean inside, really glossy exterior, and it smelled wonderful inside!

The two ladies there are professional, cheerful and happy to help with any questions you might have.

Jasmin really took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the car and told me to get in touch with her if I ever have any problems.

There was no pressure to buy the car, but I knew right away that it was the one for me!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Honestly, I can't recommend One Stop Cars more highly. If you're looking for a car and the best customer service, you will love them. They give you the choice of a national dealership and the customer service of a true-family run business. You won't be pushed into a sale, they won't pepper you with upsells, and you won't be shortchanged.

I was looking for a car and found an MG on their website. The young lady that I spoke was called Jasmine, and I've got to say, her customer service was incredible. I believe her mum owns the company and all I can say is she is a credit to the company and her family. I worked in retail for 11 years and the attention to detail and customer service provided by Jasmine is THE BEST I've encountered, and I'm not even exaggerating.

The car I was looking at was IMMACULATE inside and out and well presented. And not only that, every car in the unit/showroom was. The car was not overpriced, in fact it was lower than other car showrooms. I was offered drinks on arrival, I never felt pressured at any point. She let me take the car out for a test-drive on my own and offered to answer any questions I had. Jasmine also provided some warranty options and made it clear the decision was mine. She even said "you can go away and think about it overnight".

I can't think of any other superlatives that can describe my experience. From start to finish the service was beyond 5 stars.

Honestly, it's a hidden gem on the East Lancs and I'm glad I found them.

I honestly wish I had never seen the advert for the car I bought from this company.
Advertising stickers over the rear windscreen, I removed them as blocked rear view. The sticker pulled off part of the tinting so cost over £100 to get it replaced.
Car doing kangaroo jumps on the motorway, having cvt service done this week. £350
Rust patches in various places on bodywork, going to get a quote from local bodyshop to fix it. I am terrified what the underside is like!
Air conditioning doesn't work.
Car not valeted before delivery, stains on passenger seats.
No handbook or service manual.
Less than 3 months since purchase!

Recently bought a Skoda Kodiaq from One Stop Cars. I part exchanged our old car as part of the transaction. Ollie made the process smooth and straightforward. A relaxed and friendly atmosphere together with a wide selection of vehicles.

Great service from start to finish. I bought a Mini from them, and when the clutch failed within the first four months, they handled it without any hassle. They took the car back and replaced it with a completely new clutch system. The team were friendly, professional, and genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
