Ordering was relatively simple and the radiator arrived in good time. My only quibble would be that the customisation and ordering process didn't make it clear that valves weren't included, so I had to order valves from another company that was able to do next day delivery. I have had numerous compliments on the design and colour. It looks lovely.

Two orders placed for a total of 5 radiators. In both cases I've received a high quality product, promptly despatched and delivered on the date and in the time slot agreed. The complimentary radiatori pasta was a nice and wholly unexpected touch.

Good radiators and good customer service
This was a repeat purchase from the radiator company as we had bought from them before and been pleased with the radiators. It was easy to order, phone conversations with staff were helpful and the radiators arrived in a timely manner. We were updated along the way so knew what to expect when. I would highly recommend this company.

A great company to order from
A Very helpful call centre , helping me get the correct product . The ordering online was very easy to complete. Delivery of the radiator was in two days, and a time slot was given the previous day . A superb experience and I love the radiator, it completes the whole house of The Radiator Company’s radiators.

At each stage of purchase and delivery, staff were very helpful and constructive. This was particularly true when ordering the radiator and finalising measurements.

Everything went really well - thanks!
Everything went really well. Our heating guy fitted them last week. These were to replace some (unbranded) radiators that were fitted about 12 years ago and which has started to lose their powder coat finish due to some weepage around the end caps.
Two of the new radiators came with end feet already fitted - we did not expect that - but are a very close height fit compared to the loose cast-iron feet on all our other radiators.
