I have been suffering from chronic back pain for more than 10 years. I tried several PTs and Chiropractors but those were only useful temporarily. I got to know about Rehab Fix from YouTube and Thank God I signed up for the program. Coach Alec put me through amazing exercise modules to help me come out of chronic situation and gradually improving my condition giving me a lot of confidence. Progressively I also got stronger enabling me to carry out my daily tasks without any discomfort. He was highly responsive to my queries and offered quick solutions. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is suffering from chronic back pain/sciatica

Xander gave me 15 minutes to discuss RehabFix. What I got was a first step to relieving my lower back fatigue when walking. Result- I made an appointment with a local physiotherapist. He didn’t nudge me in the direction of working with RehabFix, and said for me, it made sense to start there. But I’m now a fan. J’ai fait mes exercices avec discipline, au début c’était très difficile pour moi tant j’avais mal! Puis en quelques semaines la douleur s’est estompée! Aujourd’hui je n’ai plus mal du tout! After 12 months of back-pain and little to no improvement doing in-person physical therapy 2x / week I took a chance on this. I had a microdiscectomy surgery scheduled for 1 month out and decided to see if this program could give me any improvement in that time. The RehabFix program is normally only 3 months or 6 months but given my situation they were extremely flexible and allowed me to do a 1 month trial.

In that time I was able to see enough improvement to cancel the surgery and sign up for the remaining 5 months. In that time my pain has gone down significantly. I am able to run 5k-10k distances without any issue and I am returning to a normal strength training routine.

This program equips you with the tools to first get out of pain, and then to build yourself back up. It gives you a daily progressive routine which I simply could not get when working with a traditional PT.

Had a 20 min consultation with Xander today, didn’t pressure me into anything and really focused on helping me and my needs. In 20 min, Xander was able to explain generally as an athlete what I could do to make my back less stiff, increase range of motion and gain strength to become a better athlete. Additionally, because of my internet we weren’t able to fully discuss face to face, but Xander went the extra mile and called me instead to still value and honor our time to discuss my questions / needs. Highly recommend, thank you Xander.

Truly a 5 star review. I spent 3 years working with a herniated disc with levels of pain that would keep me from sleeping or left me in tears from the intensity. I tried massage, chiropractic, and other physical therapists with minimal progress. I took a dive in trying out Rehab Fix due to the quality of the info they provided on YouTube. I thought I was crazy following a YouTube referral but I was desperate. I had gotten a point where I could walk only a half mile and I couldn’t sit or do much other than lay on my back. So I reached out and crossed my fingers. I turns out that quality PT instruction makes all the difference. The RehabFix team clearly knew what they were doing and they showed a deep understanding of herniations and sciatica. The program was methodical and structure around an effective series of progressions; starting with pain relief, the moving on to mobility enhancement, and the finishing with strength and building resilience. The program worked! I have minor occasional symptoms but I am now back to where I was before, pain free, and stronger too! Well worth the effort and commitment. It’s a 6 month commitment but it is soo worth the investment. It has changed my life.

Sciatica Gone after 1st 3 months is the best way I can describe my experience. I had coach Alec and he was really awesome to work with having an athletic background like myself.

We progressed along nice and slow keeping track of small wins. I was able to give feedback weekly that helped adjust the exercises as needed and I'm really glad I found these guys. I'm really looking forward to the next 3 months and I recommend them to anyone who is needing specialized help.

Excellent service and very straight forward program. The first time anyone truly understood my back problem and all the frustration over the years. They help me identify areas of weakness that 5 years of doctors and PT haven’t been able to identify. Has truly changed the entire feeling in my back. Not a permanent fix, but certainly is the best start in the right direction. Would highly recommend to anyone that is frustrated by their back pain but committed to getting it better

Before I reached out to Rehab fix I tried in person PT and chiros without too much success in dealing with the back pain I had been carrying for a year. I’ve been working for the last months with Coach Alec first, and then with Coach Jonathan, and the progress has been visible . I started the program as a last try before going for something more serious like surgery and I’ve been able to reduce my back pain in a considerable way to the point where I’m able to slowly ease my way back into the gym and doing sports again thanks to the program. The only thing I regret is finding out about the program after spending so much money previously on dead end services.

I've been suffering from two discs bulge for many years now. During this time I've done pilates, chropractic session and other trreatments that had very little effect on me. After four months of the worst pain attack I've ever had, I started with Dr. Elliott's exercises and the relief was immediate. These exercises work like magic!

These people are the absolute best, Alec & Johnathan are knowledgeable, caring, responsive, and incredibly steadfast to the mission that full recovery is achieve able. I was turned away from multiple Chiropractors and PT programs due to my herniated discs. I’ve had the surgeries, the injection, the acupuncture with no results at all other than spent money. This program has truly gotten me my life back and I sing there praises to any and everyone as often as I can. This program has been incredibly helpful to me. After being diagnosed with a herniated disc, my doctor recommended surgery. However, I decided to try multiple expensive physiotherapy and chiropractic sessions, but unfortunately, they didn't provide any benefit. I felt stuck for an entire year until I discovered Rehab Fix. I immediately requested a consultation and began doing the program every single day. Within just four weeks, my pain disappeared, and I continued with the exercises. Now, I am able to drive long distances, which was one of my goals, and even play football. Completing the program only requires discipline and consistency. I highly recommend this program to anyone suffering from disc herniation. It's effective, affordable, and you will see results within weeks.

Grant and RehabFix has changed my life. I was someone who suffered from a disc herniation and a stess fracture at L5-S1. I went to doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists for 3 years. Nothing helped and I got very depressed and discouraged. I randomly saw a post of Rehab fix on Instagram. I was blown away at what Dr Grant was sharing and I decided to pull the trigger on his program. Legitimately one of the best decisions I have made in my entire life. Within 3 weeks I was already feeling better than the previous 3 years of going to all these other practitioners. Why did you pay for someone who can never touch your back?! What I was told by one of the most qualified Great Britain athletics coaches around! "NO specific diagnosis can ever truly be given without feeling your tissue" "Most people can't accurately articulate where the pain even is, let alone where the problem stems from"

You are severely pressured to sign up to the programme and the Dr gives you his word that he will fix you. The reality is this obviously means nothing and is a marketing ploy. I paid £4,000 in the UK for 12 weeks of generic stretches off his Instagram. Yes they had reps, but there was no structure it was just a shot gun approach every week. If you can't do a stretch, Dr **** just says OK, you'll get more next week don't worry. Then as said, you get 4 different random stretches the next week. I was making no progress with my specific problem and it was never addressed, apart from saying you have flare ups, that's expected! To be clear, you are following a generic set of videos that you access via an app called 'True Coach'. Every client follows these, this is just an online PT programme, and all the stretches are on his Instagram regardless. If you don't believe me, actually ask the question 'what am I buying for the money?' You won't like the answer!

To rub salt in the wound, after 12 weeks you are expected to attend a 'graduation' to supposedly celebrate you being fixed. I never did as was too embarrassed with what I'd paid for. Then, just to steal a bit more from you, there's a monthly fee to keep doing the exercises that you paid 4k for, now that's value for money!

There is no other contact with the main Dr, his job is to take your money, preach on his socials, spend your money on his kids and make you feel useless because he's so strong and can fix everything and every one. He claims other people run his socials, and I only got a reply AFTER I posted this review and pasted it into Facebook chat. Then of course, he engages with more marketing waffle.

The socials and fake BS reviews are well put together and convince you your health is key, but unless you have 10k (cost for 24 weeks btw) just do the stretches on his socials and see what works for you.

This man has no integrity and will not reply after he has your money. I have filed a refund with my credit card company and want my money back ASAP. Make sure you pay on credit card, it's much easier to get your money back (thank me later).

I know someone else who also signed up to the 12 week programme. Their experience was EXACTLY the same and have also filed for a return (haha the Dr didnt reply to them either). THEIR REVIEW WILL BE APPEARING SOON AS WEVE RECENTLY SHARED STORIES.

For those interested in the integrity of these reviews click on 'Company Activity' to see his analytics... what do you see... most reviews are from a profile with one review - interesting! More worryingly, all the negative reviews are flagged and contested- why? He doesn't like you to say anything negative, even if you get charged 4k for some stretches and an app. ALWAYS READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, THESE CUSTOMERS ARE BRAVE ENOUGH TO GO AGAINST THIS MARKETING MACHINE. He also has a private Facebook group where he prompted people to leave a positive review for 100 dollars. He claimed he had Google reviews but someone kept fake reviewing him. He has an answer for everything when you go against him, but never a solution to your problem.

March 2025 update... interesting to see lots more negative reviews appear! My back is now 100% fixed after seeing a Team GB physio and paying for 4 sessions. Yes they were expensive, but the problem was identified after one session and fully fixed after 3 more spanning 6 weeks. They were amazed by this online scam and praised me for calling him out. They said "these stretches will help with general mobility, but never cure deep routed back pain due to never knowing the route cause and not seeing how your tissue is reacting."

Like others have said, do you really expect your back to be fixed by a man oN a screen in a different country? Say it out loud then save your money.

This man took my money and had a lovely holiday with it, but i took my health back, which is far more important. I give him an A* in marketing, but a U in integrity.

Finally, he claims this a fake review, yet i know everything about the programme and the poor quality app they use - more defence as i dare to go against his BS!

43-year-old male with fairly serious L5-S1 disc herniation / rupture. I was told by a doctor that I was a clearcut case for surgery, but to me this is a last resort, given the anecdotal evidence of poor outcomes. I had reservations about spending several thousand dollars on a physical therapy routine, but RehabFix had overall good feedback and a lot of their video content made sense to me, so I went ahead with it. My only pain was some hip pain and mild lower leg pain, so my pain level was actually quite low initially starting the program. My goal was more healing and resilience against future injury rather than pain reduction per se.

During the second consult call, I was reluctant to commit and received some pressure. The person I spoke with didn't seem to want to take no for an answer, and I only agreed after being offered an opt-out clause which could be invoked after the first month if no progress was made. (To be clear, I never invoked the opt-out clause and went through the entire three-month program.) I was told not to worry, that I'd be fine, that they see cases like mine all the time.

My adherence to the program was nearly perfect. My coach was overall pleasant to work with and was fairly responsive when I had to communicate with him. After three months, I can say that I've made some progress: my hip pain is gone, and my ability to bend over is improved by maybe 50%. But I still feel mild pain and tightness in my lower leg, and my disc isn't healed. I'm looking at getting Msc stem cell treatments, which will be several thousand more. Was it worth it? It's impossible to say how much progress I would've made just doing pressups and maybe a couple other exercises on my own for three months, but I doubt that an extensive program like RehabFix is truly necessary. It's a bit hard for me to believe that the program's specific exercises used and their sequence is really crucial in creating a positive outcome; to me, it looks like a more or less random selection of exercises that changes every week. In any case, they didn't deliver on their assurances that they could fix me. At the end of the day, I cannot recommend them.

Update, responding to reply: It's true that I was offered additional time. However, given the inadequate improvement already made, and the lack of any grounds for believing that this additional time would give me the results I need, I decided not to continue. I communicated this clearly in email correspondence. At some point, a line has to be drawn and a person has to move on.

This program saved me. I herniated a disc skiing. Multiple steroid injections with no benefit. Was basically stuck in bed for 3 months untill I found rehab fix. I did the program every single day and I started skiing again around month 3. Learned so much about mobility it truly changed my life. I’m now in month 5 and have very little pain even sitting in a car which was the worst. I am lifting weights again which was one of my goals. Alec was great for the first 3 months, really helped me understand how to stabilize my spine and get through the initial pain. Jonathan has been great the last few months helping with my squat and deadlift form and any other questions I have. Both are super knowledgeable. It’s crazy to me that doctors even mentioned surgery and here 5 months in the program I’m back to lifting pain free and would never consider surgery.

After dealing with recurring severe sciatica pain over the past several years, this program delivered! I’ve been there, done that, and then thankfully, came across this program on IG in the fall. The exercises are simple and highly effective. 10-15 minutes twice a day was definitely doable! It became routine for me after the first week. I felt results within the first few days! Coach Alec and Coach Jonathan are wonderful. They both thoroughly answered all of my questions. The step by step videos to demonstrate each exercise were extremely helpful to me. The weekly check in questionnaires were very helpful, and held me accountable. I am at the end of my Rehabfix journey, and have had 99% improvement! Once in a while some sciatica pain creeps up on me, but I just use the tools I now have in my toolbox, and have almost instant relief. I am so glad I made the decision to move forward with this program! It has changed the quality of my life 100%! Thank you for everything Coach Alec and Coach Jonathan!!!!
