3 x CR-13 Conservation roof lights arrived with their flashing kits.
Found 6 of the 9 stainless steel M8 screws fractured on dismantling the windows for the install process.
Looks like heavy handed assembly in your final assembly.

Helpful with back up advice, without having to go through endless call options with long delays. Amy attentive to detail when ordering.

The motors for the rooflights are supplied by a different company. There are no specific instructions for how to wire the motors to these particular rooflights. The one photograph supplied of a rooflight with a motor showed the brackets installed differently to the manufacturers instructions. This potentially puts undue strain on the mechanism. We eventually managed to install as per manufacturers instructions. Fortunately we have a very good electrician and builder.
Used this company because we were installing in a listed building and there was no scope for an alternative.

Purchased additional conservation rooflights to match existing together with winders your open. All arrived quickly and on time with emails to keep me informed at every stage. Discovered winders had been altered since I bought previously and didn’t match. Contacted TRC who could not have been more helpful and agreed to change spring catches so they all match. Excellent service.

we had problems opening the vents in our lantern - their after sales service was first class - they were very patient in helping us establish what the problem was through process of elimination - I would have no hesitation in using them again as I am confident that if there is a problem they will come and fix it

When ordering the roof light I called for some technical information and the help was excellent, delivery time was within a week, also had a call to say when it was coming.
I wasn't at the drop off but my wife was, her comments about the driver, really helpful and deserved a coffee.

Great service and support makes me glad we chose The Rooflight Company for our skylights.

These windows are stunning. 4 not 5 stars as they are also pretty expensive, and feel reassuringly heavy. If you can afford to purchase them then you really will not be disappointed.

I had booked a builder but now have had to change that

Ordered a blind for a Rooflight in the new build we’ve just moved into having identified The Rooflight Company had supplied the window and really struggled to find any third party suppliers whose blinds would fit.
It quickly became clear their product was cost competitive with third party products but would definitely fit, so ordering was a no-brainer.

The day after placing the online order I got an email to double check everything was OK with the order, which I thought was great service.

There are compatibility problems between rooflights/ blinds across older/ newer versions which are not adequately explained.
Technical information on installation is rather poor or simply absent.
Delivery via TNT seems poor and impossible to track..

Spent a long time trying to find the best roof lights for our house which is Grade II listed. So glad we chose The Rooflight Company- excellent, high quality products which have lasted so well over the last few years. Very helpful after sales service as well.
