My amazing horse, who has never worn boots before, stood calmly as I easily fitted the scoot boots, glanced down at them and carried on eating hay. Once tacked up she was eager to go. She walked, trotted and cantered over all types of surfaces in comfort. I am thrilled to bits…..smiling all the way..

Scoot boots purchased. The guides are really helpful in selecting the correct size, quick delivery and items arrived nicely packaged.

Amy has gone above and beyond to help us exchange some boots which had a broken zip. When the boot company sent the wrong size she assisted in the return, keeping me updated throughout. When I still hadn't received the right size boot she was brilliant in chasing them and we now have the replacements. After really awful delivery service from DPD the staff at the saddlery shop were absolutely super.

Very disappointed paid for express delivery for an item that was over £180, assuming express delivery meant just that. Item took 3 days to arrive, despite being dispatched the same day. I did contact The Saddlery Shop and their emails were far from helpful, not even a "sorry this happened". When arrived the box even said DHL24 on it. Apparently it says in the small print that express delivery is anything up to 5 days. Which had I realised I would have just used the free delivery. Won't use again.
