My son liked his new mattress. It is moderate firm and comfortable. It is worth the price and I will recommend it.

I found the mattress soft but a bit lumpy. I'll turn it over and see if it's better

Prompt and good quality for not a lot of money.

NB- I purchased this mattress from Starlight Beds however they are the same company and all my correspondence to Starlight comes from The Sleep People.

I wrote a review on this mattress when I purchased it 3 months ago which was positive due to good customer service and swift delivery . However after the double mattress has been slept on by a 7 stone teenager since the end of September it has become bobbled, discoloured and worse of all it has dipped in the middle. God only knows how it would fair with 2 grown adults occupying it?? It's a shame I can't post photos on here, as everyone I have shown cannot believe the state it's in - apart from Starlight Beds of course . To them this is normal wear and tear and despite a back and forth via email they continue to believe that is the case. It most definitely is NOT 'just wear and tear' and judging by the first 3 months use it will not be fit for purpose within 12 months - which ironically is the length of the guarantee they give you. Although I'm not sure what the guarantee is worth as significant dipping is not covered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO PURCHASE A NEW MATTRESS WITHIN THE YEAR.

EDIT AFTER THEIR RESPONSE . the response from sleep people suggested I did not send photos of the dip. I did send pics however they then requested I measure the dip and send photos of the measurements. At this point I gave up. I was not going to win.

Ordering was very straightforward n website easy to use.Good price.Mattresses arrived quickly.Easy to install, not to heavy and come to life when they’re unrolled. I noticed a bit of a chemically smell initially.Feedback from my guests nights sleep was positive with a Comfy rating

I have bought a couple of mattresses from The Sleep People - they are excellent value, and were delivered promptly with no problems. Highly recommended.

I bought a bog standard foam mattress (no memory foam) for under £90 (Single size) for my guest bedroom and its more comfortable than my £800 mattress - says it all really!

I received the mattress within days. Communication was excellent, regular updates and ability to track the delivery.
Best of all, the mattress is like a cloud.
Excellent value for money.

We bought a mattress for our sons birthday and I stupidly opened it and realized I had got the measurements wrong. I spoke to Rebecca on the phone who was incredibly kind and said we could keep the mattress, and that she would refund it as we could not use it for the current bed. We have since bought the correct mattress and are super pleased with both the product and customer service we received. There were no hidden costs, only kindness. Thank you Rebecca!

Fantastic service quick delivery

Bed was bought for my grandson.
He was very happy with it on his new cabin bed .
We were happy on its price abd how quickly it was delivered.

Everything went easily and well.

Googled for a specific mattress and the sleep people came up had everything we were looking for ordered without problem delivered without problem. Mattress exactly as described and it is perfect for requirements.
Had a couple of nights sleep on it now and much easier on the joint pains thank you

Good mattress, good price and quick delivery

I found it very easy to order the mattress. It was delivered on time. The mattress is very good and my sleep has significantly improved since I started using it and represents good value for money. I would recommend it.

I ordered a mattress from The Sleep People. It was a good quality item delivered promptly. Unfortunately it did not fit my irregular sized bed well enough and I had to return it. This was handled well by the company and a refund issued promptly. Customer services were excellent with quick and helpful email responses

Quick delivery can't fault that, overall quality of king size mattress not great but can't expect miracles for the price. Getting a memory foam mattress topper to alleviate the uncomfortable spring feeling.

Terrible experience!!
I bought a mattress through Groupon sold by the sleep people limited When the mattress arrived, it was nothing like the description or photographs shown on your website. The item was advertised as approximately 23 cm in depth, yet the mattress I received measures only 16 cm. The quality is also extremely poor — it collapses to the floor as soon as someone lies on it, offering no proper support.
I immediately contacted Groupon customer support and submitted photographs showing both the incorrect depth and the collapsed mattress, but after more than two weeks, I still have not received a refund or confirmation that one is being processed.
All I have received is emails apologising but no money !
All I hope is that I don’t lose my money
