I ordered 2 Highland Cow stuffed animals from SnugglePals. One small Brown one and a Large White one. They are absolutely adorable and arrived exactly as shown on website. High quality and very cuddly.

I received a giant capybara as a gift. It unfortunately had a hole in it one day after I received it (could totally be my fault). But! I sent a message and photos to customer service and they replaced it for me. No additional questions were asked. They just sent me kind emails and a new capybara. Also, the product itself is incredible. I have the giant size and it is perfect for hugs or as a headrest. The weight also adds such a comforting vibe. Highly highly highly recommend.

Everything about this company is perfect! I have 3 highland jumbo cows & they are made great & the best out there! Looking forward to our next purchase, the black highland cow! And the bunny, we got it as a birthday present & our friend absolutely loved it. It was so amazing that we almost kept it!

I love my highland cows I have got all three sizes and I am going to definitely get the other colors of them. The people are very professional and getting a response from them is amazing . I purchased the Giant Highland Cow. It was a gift, but I had to open it first. Fast delivery and it cane UPS. The quality is “So awesome!”I gave it to our cat-sitter .

My daughter LOVES highland cows, and when I ran across SnugglePals on Facebook, I knew I needed to buy her one. We purchased the white highland cow that they were just launching. And even though we had to wait for him to come, it was so worth the wait. The company was always transparent about what was going on and why things were slightly delayed. And my daughter was extremely excited. Highly recommend!!

These are high quality and wonderful friends. I ordered the giant black & white Highland Cow. What a marvel she is! Great fabrics, even inside the ears, where many companies use gack fabrics. The shipping was immediate, and the whole experience was quite, quite, perfect.

I absolutely love my horse Snugglepal. He’s weighted, so he helps with my anxiety from time to time. I’m a grownup woman who still loves stuffed animals, and I’m a horse person too, so this is perfect. Sometimes you just need to hug your Snugglepal, and since the horse is weighted, it feels like he hugs me right back. 💖🐴

I bought the giant highland cow brown version for my girlfriend a while back and it is by far the most quality stuffed animal I have ever seen or had the pleasure to purchase. My girl friend and her daughter love highland cows and can’t get enough of it, it sleeps in bed with one of them each and every night. Her daughter can be a bit rough on toys and she has put this product through its paces and it has held up every step of the way. I can not recommend this company enough as the love put into every single product is so very visible that you will get very penny worth of your purchase. Sincerely - Zach from Michigan.

I have purchased numerous weighted stuffed animals. Some of them had issues BUT any time issues arose they ALWAYS went above and beyond to fix it. They shipped another version of the animal in question with “0” additional cost to me without having to jump through hoops. These weighted animals are my go to for any anxiety or in my case to keep me settled while sleeping/resting while recovering and the aftermath of multiple broken ribs from a car accident. The quality of these animals are amazing, the weight in them is done well balanced and done so they have structure but don’t feel like weighted bean bags. I don’t and won’t buy any other version from any company but SnugglePals. They always had fast delivery after any preorder/orders.

I had been scammed by one company , when I finally found the real snuggle pals. I love cows and highland cows at that. The service was amazing , shipping was fast and the quality of its animals.

Customer service was excellent and both of the Snuggle Pals I purchased are absolutely adorable. I got the panda and “Big Horsey” and they are so soft and huggable. Great bargain too! They are larger than I expected!
