We’re absolutely delighted to have completed our ISO certification journey with Spectra.

The support we received throughout was excellent—patient, knowledgeable, and always focused on helping us build the right systems in the right way. The process took slightly longer than we’d planned, but we were never rushed, which meant we’ve ended up with a management system we’re genuinely confident in.

I received a telephone call from this company and an appointment was made for someone to regularly clean my home.On the day in question no one turned up? I emailed the company on two separate occasions, had no reply. I telephoned the company left a message on their answerphone no one got back to me. I find them irresponsible unreliable and unprofessional

We work very closely with Alison and Tahlia at Spectra for all of our HR support and I honestly don’t know what we’d do without them.

Having just achieved our ISO 90001, 45001, 14001 with the support of the Spectra team we couldn't be more delighted. We are a small office team with a big field based workforce so we are always busy. Having the proactive support Spectra provided made a world of difference to how we worked through the requirements and delivered the information ready for assessment. Gary the Assessor, was thorough, structured and expected a lot from us; but was also supportive and clear about what we had to do to continue successfully on our ISO journey.
