We have bought two watches from Watch Source and their prices cant be beaten. Customer service is excellent and we would use them again.

Good customer service and good products

Bought a beautiful Longines Masters Automatic for my husband's fortieth. I contacted customer services to check delivery would be in time for his birthday and was assured it would be......and it was delivered when promised and very well packaged.

Great service and great value, authentic watch. Very pleased with the Watch Source and would definitely use again!

It's a lot of money to gamble without knowing the company is OK - no problems for me - elected to pay the extra £126 for credit card payment for some protection and chose to drive up and collect my watch myself.
All OK , normal looking person in normal looking offices, watch was genuine and box etc and have been wearing it for the past three months - you don;t get a dealer receipt but they cover the watch for the two year warranty period themselves, it just has to go indirectly back which adds time and after two years of course it can be sent direct to the manufacture for a paid repair - worth all of the above for the savings - I saved £1300 off the price of my watch. I guess my only issue is the fact that a repair can take up to 10-12 weeks apparently but a calculated risk and one I accept in return for the big savings

I was a little apprehensive buying an expensive watch with this company. I must say they were excellent. The watch arrived when they said it would. Any questions I had they answered them. I would definitely use them again.

Very difficult to make a purchase of this sort without knowing anything about a company. We have used The Watch Source twice now, and they have been reliable, and worth paying a bit more for honest reliable service.

The watch was delivered earlier than expected. Well packaged and complete with all the genuine Tag Heuer Gift box and manuals. Very pleased with the watch and the service - especially the saving compared to the high street jewler retail price!

Was delivered on time for my partners birthday as promised.

The watch came well packaged and in good time. It was in full working order and original packaging. I was really pleased, as was my husband with his gift!

Very good, the quote was fine, goods arrived fine and my Wife was happy with her Rolex so thats the main thing. There isnt much communication during the lengthy procurement process but then again if the watch is in production there isnt much to update.

At the outset, I did have my doubts about buying a high value item from an online company. However, I decided to try given the significant discount on offer when compared to high street shops. It was the right decision!
