The watch I wanted was in stock. Setting up the payment plan was easy and no hassle and the watch arrived within 2 weeks, quicker than was estimated. No issues at all with the watch and the staff were a joy to deal with. I definitely recommend using them.

Excellent service and communication; watch was scheduled for middle January 2017 as not in stock - it was a Christmas present; watch came within days of ordering it - beautifully wrapped at no extra charge, and in very secure packaging. I was unsure of ordering online as over £1000 but can highly recommend; you can visit the supplier by prior arrangement if you wish.

When researching buying a watch for my daughter's birthday I came across the watch store's website as they had one of the cheapest prices out there. I checked their reviews on trustpilot and saw they were based in Hemel Hempstead and decided everything looked legitimate so placed my order on line and paid the following day by bank transfer. I was originally informed delivery was 2-3 weeks so I was surprised to be told it had arrived after one week. Both my daughter and I went to collect as the guys at the watch store agreed to fit the watch for my daughter which they did.
So all in all superb service at a very good price I would recommend anyone wanting to purchase a watch to use them.

They were nog only the cheapest, but they managed to get me an extra link as it was a little tight .

I had reservations about spending quite so much money online, about £7000 in total for two watches but they arrived as described, very well packaged and the communication from the company was good throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needs be.

Bought an Oris watch from The Watch Source. Price was almost 20% less than high street jewellers for what is a high end brand.
Service was efficient and delivery was about 14 days as the watch was not a stock item. Delivery was stated to be 14-21 days on ordering so well within that timeframe. They also offered 12 months interest free credit which was an attractive offer. Only slight criticism would be the lack of any update on the order status. Had an immediate acknowledgement of the order but than nothing until the watch was delivered by RM special delivery. A notification of despatch would be useful.

I got the watch I wanted and am very satisfied with it. The service was just fine expect that I did not received my watch until christmass as it was planned but I do not blame the anyone for it. It happens. I have it now, all is ok!Thank you!

No issues with the product when it arrived. HOWEVER, it was originally ordered online on 14th November where it showed a 4-day expected delivery. It eventually arrived on 22nd December. It was intended as a birthday gift for 1st Dec and I paid £15 for special delivery. I repeatedly had to chase for information and updates via email and telephone. I frequently did not get a call back and from the outset they were unable to give any indication of a revised expected delivery date. Apparently this is standard in the industry! Do not use them if you are working to a deadline.

I liaised with The Watch Source over email and online and arranged the purchase of an IWC watch for pick up. The experience was seamless, the watch arrived within a couple weeks and communication was spot on before, during and after the purchase. I wouldn't hesitate buying again through The Watch Source. Highly recommended.

Bit hesitant buying expensive watch on line but no problems, arrived sooner than told, cannot fault price, much cheaper than high st shop, everything went smoothly, would buy from them again
