Fast response when calling, easy to understand operator who explained everything clearly & in detail . Competitively priced for the cover I need . All in all good service

I think the rep was called Steve.... he was polite and made my experience less hassle than whst can be expected with some insurance companies.... I've been with Think insurance for about 5 years now and throughout my time with them , I can't fault them....for price or service.

Very helpful staff member. Rating would be higher but it took 3 calls to be able to be put through to team which could deal with my policy renewal.

The guy who I delt with was clear and very well spoken and made things easy to understand

Service is poor dnt know what they are diing and on top you will get charged extortionate amount paid 2400 for a month got refund for 600 policy was 6000 per annum wouldnt touch them with a barge pole

The customer service representative ‘Harrison’ I had today was fantastic! Took my renewal details with ease and I wanted to make some changes to my current policy and offered to call me back with a new quotation. Called me back within 15 minutes and I was more than happy with the price and service provided.

Honestly Rob explained everything in detail and hassle free. Sorted everything out in 30 min or so but felt like minutes. That’s how simple Rob explained everything. Amazing customer service. Highly recommended for new drivers or personnel with or without previous convictions.
