Beautiful area and very nice home
Beautiful area and very nice home! We enjoyed our time both in the home and in the surrounding area. Loved the scenery, restaurants were fabulous, bike paths were safe and fun, and the golf courses were in great shape.
The home fit many friends and family during our stay. We would highly recommend Midway, Ameyalli, and this home.

Great place to stay
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse. It was comfortable and had all the amenities we could want to enjoy our time at the house. It was also conveniently located to town and numerous wineries.

Fantastic home = fantastic stay
The home was beautiful and decorated to the 9s. Comfortable and classy. The community where the home is located is lovely. We spent time in the community pool as well as the private hot tub on the property. While we did not use the outdoor grill or the kitchen appliances, there is nothing you cannot prepare in the kitchen -- everything is there for anything your heart desires. Perhaps best of all, we were able to play golf at The Boulders course and travel to other Arizona locations like Scottsdale, Sedona and Jerome, was a short drive away.

THIRDHOME is amazing!
We’ve been absolutely loving our experience with THIRDHOME! It’s such a unique way to travel and has given us the opportunity to stay in beautiful homes/resorts and experience destinations in a completely different way.

Gostaria de registrar uma reclamação bastante séria sobre a nossa experiência com esta propriedade.
Nossa família, composta por seis pessoas, reservou a casa em Davenport, Orlando, de 12 a 19 de setembro, utilizando uma das nossas reservas/chaves disponíveis na ThirdHome. Infelizmente, assim que chegamos à propriedade, a experiência foi extremamente decepcionante.
Logo na chegada, encontramos a casa com forte cheiro de mofo, presença de diversos insetos/bichinhos e condições de acomodação que não correspondiam ao padrão que esperávamos encontrar em uma propriedade oferecida pela ThirdHome. O colchão também era de qualidade muito ruim, tornando a estadia desconfortável.
A situação foi tão desagradável que não conseguimos sequer passar a primeira noite na casa. Decidimos procurar um hotel imediatamente, onde permanecemos durante todo o período da viagem, arcando com uma despesa significativa que não estava prevista.
Durante esses dias, praticamente só retornávamos à casa para retirar encomendas que havíamos feito anteriormente pela Amazon. Ou seja, apesar de termos reservado a propriedade para uma semana, não conseguimos usufruir da hospedagem.
Além de perdermos a utilização da nossa chave, ainda tivemos que pagar aproximadamente US$ 900 em taxas relacionadas à estadia, sem efetivamente desfrutar da propriedade. Na prática, tivemos um custo elevado por uma experiência que não pôde ser aproveitada.
Quero deixar claro que nossa insatisfação não é necessariamente com a ThirdHome como empresa, mas com o fato de uma propriedade com essas condições estar disponível dentro da plataforma e ser apresentada como uma opção de hospedagem para os membros.
Somos membros da ThirdHome justamente pela expectativa de encontrar propriedades diferenciadas e experiências de alto padrão ao redor do mundo. Por isso, considero que esta experiência ficou muito abaixo do padrão que esperamos da plataforma.
Diante de tudo isso, gostaria de solicitar que a ThirdHome reavalie o caso e considere uma compensação em chaves, levando em consideração que não conseguimos utilizar a propriedade, tivemos despesas adicionais significativas com hotel e ainda arcamos com aproximadamente US$ 900 em taxas.
Espero que a ThirdHome possa analisar a situação com atenção e encontrar uma solução justa para essa experiência, que infelizmente foi muito diferente do padrão que esperávamos ao utilizar a plataforma.

Lovely community which has all the…
Lovely community which has all the shopping, foods and a little locust store if you need it. I suggest getting all your general supplies before you leave the big city if you’re going to cook food. The owner was very easy to work with. We had a snaffle with check-in and she was immediately available and helped us get in the home right away. We would love to go again.

Estamos muito felizes com a nossa experiência com a ThirdHome! As casas são realmente fantásticas, muito bem cuidadas, luxuosas e, muitas vezes, em locais incríveis.
O que mais nos surpreendeu foi perceber que, além de vivermos experiências e momentos inesquecíveis em casas que normalmente seriam muito caras, conseguimos poupar dinheiro.

Serene sunsets
The location of this property could not have been more perfect. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset every evening we were back early enough to. The home was so comfortable and open. The owners were in constant communication when I had questions. They had a lot of conveniences to make cooking easier. A few of the nights our friends stayed, and we had table space to cook, play games, and visit. We definitely recommend staying here to anyone wanting to visit Canada or surrounding areas.

Bad Deal for owners, great deal for Third Home
This is not a good deal. I had to exchange 4 weeks of my 4 bedroom home and pay $1000 in cleaning fees $300 for the membership and another $1000 for a 1 week stay in a 1 bedroom condo. Total cost was over $2300. I also have to deal with four different families living in my home for a month. It would have been cheaper and easier to just rent the one bedroom condo directly. This is a bad deal for home owners and a great deal for Third Home. The condo was overall nice, but not nearly as nice as my home.

Lovely home
Lovely home. Well equipped with any kitchen item you can imagine. Cabinets/drawers labeled making it easy to find everything. Comfortable with a great outdoor pool area. Lots of fun things to do. Deer wander the neighborhood, quiet and relaxing. Wineries nearby and lots of dog friendly towns nearby, especially Gruene.
