Staff were friendly and helpful
Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby and room were nicely designed. However, the angled ceiling in the room compromised our space, especially for my husband who is 6 feet tall.
When we asked to change our room for one without an angled ceiling, the fee would have been $50 euros per night.
For the future, a room without an angled ceiling would be best for North Americans.

I had a wonderful stay and really loved…
I had a wonderful stay and really loved the location. The apartment is in such a great area, within easy walking distance of so many restaurants, cafés, shops, and the open-air market. It made it very easy to head out in the morning for coffee, grab something to eat nearby, or just wander around and enjoy the neighborhood.
The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped. I didn’t cook during my stay, but it had everything needed to easily prepare full meals. I also really appreciated having two separate mini-split air-conditioning units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.
The apartment is up two flights of stairs, which wasn’t an issue for me, but it could be something to consider for anyone with mobility limitations.
The only area I thought could use a little updating was the bedroom. Some fresh paint and a more comfortable mattress and pillows would make it even better.
Overall, I had an excellent stay. The location was definitely one of the highlights, and being able to walk to so many great places made the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.

This is the second time that there was…
This is the second time that there was a problem with the person we rented from at the last minutes and we needed to find a new place fast. We are very afraid to try again. Plus we paid for them and also contacted the owner as soon as we booked.

Tastefull home
We stayed in a confortable and tastefully furnished home, practically in the city center. Based in Lausanne, we could visit many places within easy reach—from Bern to Zermatt—as well as various lakeside cities like Geneva, Montreux, and Vevey. We also followed Fabio’s recommendations regarding restaurants in Lausanne, visiting excellent neighborhood spots, ethnic restaurants, and Michelin-starred ones.

Not at all as advertised
1. I am a member and realizing that all nice places are never available. Wondering if they really exists, or reserved for the bosses? Looks like a lot of super nice places that attract you to join but do not really offer weeks at all….
2. Also if you do not want holidays in the US it’s hardly any offers. I try to be flexible world wide up to one year in advance and it’s basically 3 places in Europe, 2 in Asia and none in Africa….! And even places like NYC are not possible…
3. A last issue is that the way it’s set up it attracts key inflation! So what is worth 3 keys today may be 6 keys soon. Hence keys earned are worth less and less as inflation continues…
Hence would not sign up again. And do not know how to get out of the trap as I have offered mine 8 weeks and got lots of keys.

We also understand your concerns around availability outside of the U.S. and the value of Keys. Our team is continually working to grow and diversify the collection of homes available to members and provide more opportunities to use the Keys they’ve earned.

We were able to speak directly with our Third Home associate who explained everything.
We were able to speak directly with our Third Home rep, Danielle Vermeulen so that she could explain the program in detail. We could ask questions about how Third Home works. This program was added as a bonus to another timeshare resort upgrade that we did. We actually forgot about it until we clicked on an email so we could learn. Danielle was so kind and helpful. We enjoy receiving the periodic emails regarding the program and what is available.
