Happy with product and price. Item description on website indicated cable came with a carry case but it didn't. Turns out description was an error as 20m cables don't come with a case.

Really pleased with my charger
Really pleased with my charger. Robust , easy to use, and saved the day when my energy supplier was unable to install a fixed charger to my home.

I had an issue with a mobile 3-phase charger which they went above and beyond to sort out. I'm extremely pleased with their level of service and fully recommend them to anybody thinking of using their services.

Initially ordered the 5m 32A 7.4KW…
Initially ordered the 5m 32A 7.4KW charger. Shortly after receiving the lead, our company electrician notified me that we have 3 phase supply on site. Third Rock agreed that I return my initial order, they issued credit promptly upon receipt of the package. I then ordered their 3 Phase 22KW five meter lead which arrived the following day. This charger is very well made and easy to use with a delay timer and automatic cut out when the battery is fully charged. This charger can charge the battery on my Skoda Superb Est iV from from empty to fully charged in 2.5 hours.
Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Third Rock when looking for portable EV chargers.
