Second time using Thors Trees. Both times, very professional service. Organised, communication is good, friendly and took care with the work (leaving the place clean and tidy).

We had two teams from Thor’s Trees remove two large trees from our garden. All the staff we spoke to and dealt with were prompt, professional and really nice to work with.
The teams did a fantastic job removing the trees and grinding the stumps down. Because they had to bring big machinery through the house, they put tarps down to protect the flooring. They also took all the logs/branches and assorted debris away with them, and did not leave any mess behind.
My husband and I are really happy with the quality of work, and would happily recommend Thor’s Trees to anyone needing an arborist or tree surgeon.

Many thanks to Thor's Trees for sending Wes and Olli to trim the front garden tree. They were everything I’ve come to expect from Thor’s; polite, professional, efficient and highly skilled from the start of the job to tidying up at the end.

The tree looks so smart instead of the windswept mess that it had become. Not only has it benefited from their work but the front garden looks great, there’s refreshing light in my front room and I feel uplifted too!

As always Thor's Trees got the job done efficiently, expertly and took away all the debris leaving the garden tidy. The chaps are always polite, friendly and know what they're doing. I have been using Thor's for a number of years now and would highly recommend them.

I never have any problems with Thor's Trees. From coming to give you a quote to doing the work, it all happens without any problems. Marvin and Joe did a great job in cutting the two trees and everything was cleared up afterwards. Have used them for some years now and will continue to do so.

The whole process was seamless. From a call to the office, a consultation visit the same day, a booking for the next week and a perfect job done. Everything was confirmed by email at each stage. Those attending were polite friendly and professional taking time to explain any options and completing the tasks very efficiently. It’s rare to get such exemplary service and we very much appreciated it. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

They did the job asked of them , were very polite and tidied up afterwards, getting rid of the branches etc. I’ve knocked off one star as I was quoted what I thought was a lot of money but told it would be half a days work for two men . They arrived 30 minutes early and in just over two hours had finished ! Also behind the tree they‘pollarded’ was a lot of ivy, bramble and weeds etc growing. Bearing in mind how quickly they were done I did think it would have been good customer service to cut that down too and get rid of . Would have only taken 5 mins !

Having used the company in the past I was confident in their professionalism

We got off to a good start when Thors were very quick to get someone out to make an initial quote. They then handled effectively the planning application to Camden Council. On the day the two lads arrived on time and just got on with it, working hard throughout. They did exactly what they said they would do and cleared up nicely. They were nice lads who were very polite to my elderly mother whose house it was.

A challenging job. Large eucalyptus next door overhanging our garden, taking loads of light. Jack did an amazing job, cutting back loads of branches and leaving an attractive tree. He and Ethan cleared up impeccably. Pleased with the advice as well as the work

Wes And crew were absolutely amazing. The work was completed in a timely manner and the garden was left spotless. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, from visiting to quote for the work to the two professional arborists undertaking the job, I expected nothing less from Thor's Trees. They are helpful; efficient; careful and left our garden & garage cleaner than when they arrived! Highly recommend this company which I've used many times before.

Great company . Wes did a great job removing a precious olive tree and then replanting at our new house . Was really kind and gave us great advice on other things in the garden ! Thank you

The lads did exactly what I asked and was quoted for. A few trees in my garden were pruned and this was done carefully and professionally. I am pleased with the end result. Everything was cleared away at the end.

Helpful team, quick to schedule our work, and lots of expertise demonstrated

Had them look at a tree last year which had lost most of its leaves. I thought it had a disease, they advised not and that the problem was it needed a prune and feed. I was not convinced, but took their advice and paid for pruning. This summer tree is back to full health looks great so all credit to company.

"Thor" oughly professional job from George (the surveryor) to Jack, Ethan and Tyler who were friendly, hard working and left the garden neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend them.

Very happy to recommend Thor's Trees.
Yesterday (2nd July '25) they took down a rather large tree in our back garden.
Jack and Ethan worked hard throughout the day, with Cameron joining them during the afternoon.
They were all very polite and worked diligently throughout the time they were with us. They arrived at the time they said they would, and then spent the next 8+ hours removing the tree.
They left the place clean and tidy.
Very happy to recommend them.

Aside from the impressive pollarding of a large line tree straddling two gardens - after having to take the foliage out through my hall, not a single twig or leaf was left in my home. Impressive. Nice team too. Zero stress for the customer.
