The teams were all excellent, they did a clean efficient job. Friendly and polite.

Jack & Ethan removed 4 lime trees that were in an awkward location. Cleared up thoroughly. Very friendly and polite. Very impressed a really good job thank you. We were also impressed with the administrative side. Efficient and professional. We would definitely use Thors Trees again.

Really great team - tree surgeons and quoters all incredibly professional and lovely. Efficient, took great care clearing up, including in neighbours' gardens. Spent a long time speaking to elderly neighbours and answering their questions which was really appreciated.

Very proficient business. Identifying the issues I have with some Leylandii Trees over hanging from a neighbours garden and a very overgrown tree in another garden. Gave a report and advice on maintenance of the issues.

I'm a fan of Thor's trees, they offer prompt service, they don't try to persuade you to have unneccesary work done and they aren't riduculously expensive. The guys that do the work are skillful, careful of your garden and clear up after themselves. I definitely recommend them to anyone who asks about tree work.

The Thors Trees team were brilliant from from start to finish. The boys who worked on our garden delivered exactly what was wanted (and needed!) in a timely manor ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. You can tell they know their stuff as they were very informative throughout!

Brilliant service. Katie arranged a site visit and quote 15 minutes after the initial enquiry and the job was booked in the next day. Jack and his team were great - friendly, professional and thorough. They listened to our needs, cleaned up after the job and were considerate of our neighbours. If only it were always this easy!

This company clearly thinks of itself as a good company and make an effort to live up to that. I have used them on 2 separate occasions and with the first I was completely satisfied. The second had good parts, e.g. the guys doing the actual work carried it out well, but I was very disappointed with the level of contracting before the work took place. I had been given a "rough estimate", which I decided to accept, but when I contacted to accept the estimate it was suddenly almost doubled. When I queried that, I was told that the tree in question was large and would need special "rigging", which I don't believe was entirely truthful. If I were to virtually double an estimate for a client in my work, I would at least contact them to discuss it properly. Further, the guys doing the actual work forgot to take away a fuel tank of some size and when I contacted the company to see if they would remove it, I received no response. I'm not sure whether I see these niggles as carelessness or arrogance - either way, I doubt if I would use this company in the future.

My partner walked past Thor's Trees working in our neighbourhood, which led to us giving them a call about a eucalyptus and palm tree in our garden that had grown significantly since we moved in a year ago. They were quick to respond, easy to deal with and quoted a price that we were happy with to remove one and cut back the other.

On the day the three-man team were friendly, efficient and considerate with our garden and more importantly our neighbours' gardens. They were also really thorough in cleaning up, both inside and out. Our view is much improved and we no longer have to worry about what the roots are up to underneath our home.

Overall - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thor's Trees after such a positive experience.

From the professional manner in which they provided me with a quick and reasonable quote to the efficient and pleasant way the two tree surgeons worked and cleaned up afterwards. It's so rare to find positive professionals these days so I would highly recommend Thor.
