Friendly, professional team. From initial enquiry to Abby in office, quote from Jack with lots of good advice and work carried out by Toby and team I am very happy with the outcome of work to save a very special tree in my garden. Highly recommend

This is my third time using Thor's Trees and I could not be happier! Toby, Chris & James did a fantastic job for me; attending to an apple tree that had grown wildly out of hand and was in the telephone cables. They also removed some limbs from a cherry tree so that I could finally venture into the garage. They could not have been more polite, hardworking or helpful and I couldn't commend them more. I think more people should see the benefit of having a professionally trained arborist to attend to unwanted tree and shrub growth instead of hacking things down and putting it in a skip. Thor's tree's are excellent and good value for money.

Mo, Toby and James from Thor’s Trees cut away large over-hanging conifer branches that were blocking light and rain water in our back garden. They did an excellent job, were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very neat. Communication is excellent from making the first appointment for a quotation, to follow up and the team are very accommodating. I highly recommend Thor’s Trees for all your tree surgery, maintenance and management needs.

Thor tree surgeons have done two excellent jobs for us. One was reducing an enormous amount of branches from 4 ENORMOUS plane trees that overlook our garden. This took about 3 days and produced a massive amount of foliage and branches in everyone’s gardens. They came back on the last day and cleared it all up leaving every garden spotless!

I was so impressed that I had them back the following week to reduce our silver birch tree (considerably smaller). Once again they did an amazing job and even removed a large chair through our house for me.

Trust me when I say I am going to use them forever :-)))

Our next door neighbour hired Thors Trees to cut some over hanging branches that were in his garden.
They not only tresspassed into my garden, they butchered a magnificent 40 year old, 13 meter tall tree cutting the branches right back to the bark. The tree is now left lopsided with huge gaps and is seeping sap.
There was no regard and treated the tree without thought or care. Disgraceful workmanship.
Whilst you may shrugg off the appaling workmanship, firstly you do not have the details of the address where this took place, and indeed you may cut over hanging braches on the neighbours side, you were not allowed to trespass onto my property and cut down the branches to the bark of the tree. This is not overhanging branches, this is destoying the tree.

I was recommended to Thors by my landscape gardener and I'd have no problem in recommending them to others. The team were very pleasant and efficient and I'm very happy with the work carried out.

Easy to contact and arrange, they were knowledgeable about trees and what needed doing, work was done when they said it would, everything was cleaned up afterwards, work was done well. Office was helpful and easy to get hold of via email and phone. Everything was just as you'd hope. Refreshingly easy and efficient.

The team of three appeared early and were a pleasure to meet. An excellent job was done on the yew tree and now it is less overwhelming. Also, and important, there was a very good clearing up operation and no debris was left lying aroud.

Congratulation to the team! It was a pleasure to have them here.

I invited Thor's Trees to give me an estimate to cut down a huge Eucalyptus tree that was growing erratic and hanging into my neighbours garden. I was so impressed with the advice given and the quote wasn't as bad as I expected so I went ahead and had the work done a couple of days later.
I would say, they are very professional and a really lovely bunch of people that came to do the work. I wouldn't hesitate in hiring them again or recommending them to anyone who requires a competent service. Thank you Thor's Trees for your excellent service.

Thor's removed a giant tree from our garden. They were incredible professional and sent a great team who worked really hard for 2.5 days. They cleared up really well too.
In addition some minor damage was caused by falling branches. They sent a fantastic Company round to repair the damage and also replaced our hose gun without any fuss. I would definitely recommend Thor's Trees.

Harrison and his teammate did an excellent job, arriving on time, carrying out the work, checking I was happy with what they had done and leaving everything clear and tidy. All rubbish taken away. A pleasure to have them working here.

Such a professional company, from the first phone call to request a quote, which was dealt with very promptly. The quotation was given clearly and immediately put in writing. A couple of days later Chris and Marvin turned up and did such a great job of digging up a tricky tree stump and trimming a tree, making sure we knew exactly what they were doing. It really was a pleasure to deal with such a great company.

All team members were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish. I felt like I was in professional hands. Even in pouring rain and muddy conditions the team remained cheerful and careful not to cause too much havoc in my house. I really appreciated the friendly ease of everyone involved, a refreshing change from more usual service in London.
