I recently hired THORS TREES for their particular skillset in working at heights, specifically to deal with a wall of high climbing ivy that had grown way out of reach and control. Additionally, trees in our front and rear garden were also in need of a general prune and tidy up. From the initial project assessment by Ash to the completion of the work by Angelo and his team, the experience was efficient and seamless. The team was respectful of our space, ensuring minimal disruption during the process. Their professionalism was evident, and it was reassuring to have such trustworthy individuals working in our home. Our garden looks significantly improved, with the ivy now under control and the overall appearance much tidier. What's more, the team was more than willing to accommodate a request for additional pruning, which is much appreciated.

Quote on day one and work done on day two, due to a cancellation.
The lively team arrived and there was excellent communication about what amount of damaged branches needed removing. Cleared up well, left us some cut wood too. Would always use Thor’s Trees; this at least their third visit since we’ve lived in this house.

The team arrived on time and I explained what was required and walked round the garden with them. When they had finished I reviewed all the work and saw that all debris had been cleared. I was very please with what had been done. This was the third time I had used Thors .

Arrived promptly, kept to quote to reduce the crown of our oak tree and remove all the dead wood. Swept up afterwards too. Would happily recommend to friends and family.

Excellent job by 2 young guys.... they knew their stuff and took all the rubbish away , very friendly and most obliging in every way. Can not recommend this company enough .

I requested quotes from 5 organisations, 4 responded. Thors was not the most competitive quote but they were quick, very professional and ARB approved ad far from being the most expensive quote. The work was expected to take up to 5 hours which I suspect was a 'stock' answer, and on the cold windy and extremely wet morning it took the team 2 hours including tidying up. There was easy access to the tree and I can't compare the stump grinding effort to anything else and so I believe that they did as good a job as was possible.

Thors Trees gave me a quote the same day I asked for one.They came on the day appointed and did an excellent job. The man doing the cutting was up a large tree for over four hours and he left the tree in a great shape. it was all cleared up before they left.
I can't spesak too hoghly of their operation.

Great job on our garden by these guys. Needed advice on whether a tree needed removing before building work and, if we did remove it, how we could plant back again to replace. Had a tree survey done, had contacted the council, insurers and couldn't seem to get a consistent answer. Team came, removed the tree, cut it into logs for me, cleaned up immaculately and have a solid plan in place for how we regrow our beautiful tree in a better place when our construction work is done. Really good price and helped us get over the trauma of cutting down something we loved but had to go. Would really recommend. Thanks very much for all the help getting through the red tape and achieving a solution everyone is happy with.

Thors Trees pruned and re-shaped four small trees and a large overgrown shrub, and also removed a brushwood root which was causing an obstruction in a path. They were very efficient and pleasant, and, though the fact that they started work just as one of the worst downpours this year was reaching its climax did not help, the garden looks tidier and more open without looking scalped. I highly recommend them.
