Jerome was really helpful, understanding and accommodating

Chloe was amazing. I didn’t felt rushed and she was so patient, explaining all the options and giving me the best deals. She also explained that if I want to buy a new phone I can have advantages by being a university staff member. Loved her service.

We would like to say a huge thank you to the team at the Three Store in Oxford Westgate, especially Jahlecia and the manager, Chris.

We visited the store yesterday regarding a problem with Babbu account, and Jahlecia kindly asked us to return the following day so she could look into everything properly. True to her word, she worked incredibly hard to resolve the issue and kept us informed throughout.

Chris also stepped in and was extremely helpful and supportive. Together, they went above and beyond to sort everything out. They even helped reduce Babbu’s monthly phone bill, which was an unexpected bonus.

The issue with Babbu’s credit file was caused by an error that wasn’t his fault, and thanks to their help, we’re hopeful that once the credit record has been updated over the next month, he’ll be able to move forward with applying for his mortgage.

The customer service we received was outstanding. Both Jahlecia and Chris were patient, professional, understanding and genuinely cared about finding the best outcome for us. It’s rare to receive such dedicated service these days, and we left feeling listened to, valued and very grateful.

Babbu is extremely satisfied with the outcome, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Three Store at Oxford Westgate to anyone. Thank you both for your kindness, professionalism and for going the extra mile.

Hasnain was very helpful, very confident, nice. Gave me a great offer, I will think about it and he also helped with my SIM card and fixed my issue. I had full information about my problem.

I went in today because I was concerned about the security of my Three account. Chloe was very very helpful and helped me through the whole process. She let me know that I was a victim of fraud and then took steps to help me secure my account. Firstly she changed my email address back and then issued a new sim card for the card that the scammer had taken out, locking them out. Then she walked me through the process of reporting it to the Three fraud line.

Throughout the process, Chloe was extremely professional and kind and even sat with me while I was on the phone with Three's fraud department.

I think that Chloe really went above and beyond in proving the best possible customer service and I think she should get a massive bonus and pay rise and promotion.

Jahlecia was brilliant - we have come in three times now and have always been so lucky to be attended by Jahlecia - super attentive, patient and kind
