Money not held in trust, does not value there customers. Beware of this company.

Brought tickets to juicy Fest from ticket fairy. Show was cancelled and have not been refunded and they claim they had no control over the money. That’s bullshit!

Ticket holders for Juicy Fest and Timeless Summer Tour are being left out of pocket – and Ticket Fairy is refusing refunds claiming they are NOT responsible, despite them:
Profiting from the sale of useless tickets to thousands of people with no consumer protection guarantees
Ticket Fairy allowed funds to be released to the event organiser without making this clear to customers at the point of sale
Their refund policy is flawed – they claim they’re “just a platform” and deny responsibility when events fail
Now, they refuse to help ticket holders get their money back, leaving customers stranded
Have not updated their business practices or policies and continue to allow this organiser to sell tickets to other events.

don't buy tickets through ticket fairy, found out they are associated with juicy fest so it seems shady that they weren't able to refund our money or hold our money in trust until the event had happened they obviously didn't hold our money in trust like most reputable ticketing agencies this whole operation is a scam don't buy your tickets through ticket fairy to events. I am a few thousand dollars out of pocket. not happy.

Purchased my Juicy Fest tickets thru Ticket Fairy, our event was canceled and here we are waiting to get our refunds back. It's been 3 months since our event has been canceled and now I have to resort to my bank to make a dispute to get my money back. You have been warned from thousands of us do not purchase any Tickets from Ticket Fairy.

Don't even deserve half a star! Very dodgy! They were supposed to hold the money as the event hasn't happened like other ticketing services but noooo!

Seems to be part of a wider scam to take and spend.money for concerts that were convieniently cancelled and poorly communicated until the company went into liquidation. Convientiely funds paid via ticket fairy are not held in trust as per the likes of Ticketek. You can buy ticket protection via ticket fairy but again conviniently this doesnt cover cancellation of the gig. This was not outlined at the time of purchase. Just seems all too convenient and many people with $100's to $1000's out of pocket

Purchased juicy fest tickets through ticket fairy. Ticket fairy no help at all with recovering funds from cancelled event. Do not recommend purchasing tickets through this provider

Didn't get my refund for a concert that was canceled yet got my tickets through ticket fairy 🤦‍♀️ had to dispute through my bank to get my money back... so just be aware people ticket fairy doesn't hold on to the money.

Will not be buying any tickets through this Ticket company.

This is the worst company ever. They have stolen thousands and thousands from people here in Aus and in NZ for the non existant Timeless Summer Tour. You should of held onto our money now you've only got yourself to blame

Requested a Refund for the Timeless Summer Tour on Feb 22nd and got fobbed off that they were just the technology platform for this tour, and that refunds would be handled thru the Promoters who on the 7th of March went into Liquidation. So you took our money, in August 2024, postponed the concert in December, and gave us no option for a Refund. Will never use your site again and NZ Customers should be able to request a REFUND for an Event that was Postponed with no date given for a reschedule

Could not be more disappointed with how Ticket Fairy handles payments and refunds. Be aware: all payments are sent directly to the event promoter, meaning if an event is canceled or the promoter goes into liquidation, ticket holders are left with no way to get a refund. There is no proper buyer protection in place, and Ticket Fairy takes no responsibility, leaving customers screwed.
There should be a trust account system to safeguard ticket holders’ money, ensuring refunds can be processed in case of cancellations or liquidation. Without this, buyers are taking on all the risk with no guarantee of getting their money back.

If I see Ticket Fairy as the ticketing provider for any future event, I will not be purchasing, I'll stay safe using only Ticketmaster or Ticketek who have refunded me in the past when an event has been cancelled and who also don't completely rip you off with stupid high fees! Totally failed customers here then cry to the media. Come on!

We purchased tickets for Timeless concert via ticket fairy and it wasn’t til AFTER money taken we were informed the money went straight to Timeless company rather than held in Trust. And now it seems we have lost our money. Seems like a scam and Very Uncool

Refusing to refund my ticket for Timeless Summer Tour. Their own policy states: For cancelled events, once TICKETFAIRY receives official confirmation from the Event Organizer, we will facilitate refund processing as instructed by the organizer. This may include partial or full face value refunds to the original payment method.

They do not refund you any money if the concert is cancelled.
