Ripped me off and never gave the money back.

Very poor consumer practices. Funds were released to promoters of Timeless Summer Tour events and now we have lost money as show cancelled, no refunds forthcoming and the promoter now in liquidation.

Does not protect consumers from concert cancelations and fraud yet are happy to take everyone's money. Do not trust this company.

I dont care if you arent 'timeless summer tours' you agreed to provide tickets to an event that has been cancelled and i want my money back. SCAM COMPANY.

Event was canceled and despite advertising, marketing, selling and taking the money, refusing responsibility for refunds is just poor ethics for their customer

Think twice about using this platform! They don’t hold your money in trust like others do so when a concert goes bust before it’s delivered bust goes your money too….

I am one of the many thousands that purchased a concert ticket in july 2024 ..concert was cancelled...8 months later still not reimbursed...times are hard..we need our money back!! Whats the point in supporting these events to be left dissapointed and out of pocket!!
Totally disgraceful..I feel for the Artists and the venue...not a good look

Paid $1500+ for tickets to an event that was then cancelled, ticket fairy paid out the organizers before the event was held instead of holding it in a trust like they should have, no refunds even though i paid for refund protection

It is unfortunate you did not hold the funds of consumers for the juicyfest NZ festivals until after the event was done. I've lost a week worth of wages and I'm sure many others have lost much more. Due to the fact I got tickets to spawnbreezie and jking this year which were a success I decided to give 2 stars. However it definitely has put me off from buying event tickets such as these. I do hope you guys make changes to your policies for future consumers to be better protected. Thank you for your service.

Denied refunds to customers for an event that was cancelled by them.
Not small amount of money either, theyre owing thousands of $$$
I would give no stars at all.
Despite it being challenging and all to handle events etc “trying best” IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. You owe people money point blank period with hardly no re-assurances, no proper communication, no trying to defend your customers so yes ofcourse it is a poor service.
Will not be buying anymore concert or event tickets if Ticket Fairy is associated.

Refused a refund when event was postponed/cancelled and blamed it on a third party. Never ever will I deal with Ticket fairy again!!!

Do not recommend, thousands out of pocket due to not holding funds as outlined in their own policy. Festival cancelled and no refunds back from this company.

Absolutely bat shit mad . $2,303.18 . I paid for Refund protection as well. Couldn’t claim it as soon as JuicyFest 2025 cancelled , because was told the event itself cancelled. Waste my damn money on the refund protection plan, and you guys should have held our money in a TRUST in case of situations like THIS. Now I will loose my damn money because us consumers WERE NOT PROTECTED AT ALL FROM ANYONE. DISGUSTING.

Ticket Fairy sold Juicy Fest tickets to thousands of people and released the funds to the merchant when the concert didn't even go ahead. Good ticket places will put the money away and release the funds when goods have been recieved. But they did not do their due diligence and gave the money to the merchants when they shouldn't have. Now they refuse to help us retrieve our money back! They are apparently linked to JuicyFest promoters and jointly scammed us all!!! Poor customer service, poor communication and extremely untrustworthy! Beware they will scam you for your hard earned cash!!!

No help in regards to tickets purchased through their company, paid for refund protection which went void due to cancellation of festival.
