This was the second time I'd ordered from Tiger Chef. The ordering process was simple, and the product was as advertized. Shipping was quick. Totally satisfied.

I got my hopes up thinking I was going to get the items I requested. I get a call 4 days later telling me that they don't have my item. Other than that, TigerChef is ok.

I ordered a number of items most of which ended up being cancelled because they called me and said "sorry someone typed the information in incorrectly and instead of the price being for 1 doz as advertised it is for 1. So I cancel 3 of the items and I ask about the fourth item and they said no that one is for 1 doz WRONG! a few days later I get 2 instead of 2 dozen plates and they are smashed to dust and I can't completely blame [link] they were packaged horribly and the boxes they were in were open on one end. Left 2 voice mails and 2 emails and got no response oh and tried live chat yeah just got to send another email. I finally call yet again to at least get my money back for the 2 plates not 2 dozen plates and tell them I don't want them replaced. I explained the problem with the order etc. and they had the nerve to question what I was saying! Good thing I have the original email confirm showing their mistake in advertising. If a price seems real good make sure you call and get it verified it is probably a misprint. I suggested they could compensate me for my inconvenience and that was met with a laugh especially when I asked them to honor the advertised items and prices. I say NEVER AGAIN!! Use [link] they have great prices and great service.

I recently purchased a 40 Qt stainless steel Winco pot from TigerChef and the entire process was nice and easy. If I need to purchase more items for my soap making I will remember TigerChef and the positive experience I had. BTY the pot fit perfectly in my custom made soap making pot tipper. That really makes me HAPPY!

I found the website very easy to navigate and the products I ordered arrived just a few days after the order was placed. I'm very happy with the high quality of the products and will shop this site again.

First time using Tiger Chef. Was well pleased with results. Advise that you know what you're looking for, the sales rep was not very knowlegable. I could not find items locally at near comaprable pricing.

Everything I have ordered is top quality especially the taco & tostado fry baskets and even though I was sent one wrong item in my order the correct item was sent out immediately! Bruno needs to lighten up as every small business needs to take a vacation once in a while?

I received my order in a timely fashion and the products came in great condition. Fairly painless and great prices, better than what I had found in restaurant supply stores.

Placed an order on Oct 11 = on Oct 12 the website showed a notice -
in vacation oct 13 & 14 but on Oct 12 in the afternoon nobody was answering the phone.
on Monday Oct 17 - website looks operational but nobody answer the phone. after sending an e-mail to customer service I get:
"Our office will be closed from Wednesday, October 12th to Friday,
October 21st. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to assisting you when we return."
my order was still showing "processing" I had to order from another company. same day I've received the merchandise... to bad I could not cancel the 2nd order. NEVER AGAIN!
